My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was everything we had hoped for. We were looking for quiet and peaceful, a place to relax and take a break from busy mom life. Everything was as described, Chloe and Andrew were so friendly and helpful- and Skipper is so sweet! All around lovely hosts and a great place to stay. Would recommend!

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

We were happy at Micheal and Karens airbnb. The bed was comfy and soft. Everything was clean and free of dust. It was cozy. The parking was big. I really liked the thrift corner. Such a good idea. I spent some fun time looking over everything for a souvenir to purchase to take home. We would surely go back.

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

We've stayed at Valerie's Airbnbs numerous times and we always have an enjoyable stay. Valerie is responsive if you need anything and her places are always clean and neat and comfortable.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

Deanne’s place was wonderful and cozy. We stayed in the lower flat, the Captain’s Quarters. The entire place was spotless. The kitchen had full sized appliances and everything needed to cook our own meals. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The washer and dryer came in handy. Location is central for walking to everything in Bar Harbor. Deanne’s instructions were clear and made access super easy. Would highly recommend staying there.

Mary gave clear and timely instructions. The apt was neat and well appointed. The location was close to town , so very convenient. We enjoyed our stay as the apt was comfortable and clean, would return on our next trip to Boothbay. Highly recommend this location to other guests .

We had such a magical stay here! We have been coming to Popham Beach for years, and Jennifer’s place was such a clean, comfortable, and cozy place. Easy access to the beach for walks and a wonderful place to snuggle up during the passing rain storms. We had a great time, and would definitely come back!

Great location to get away and relax with friends or family. Responsive and friendly host willing to answer any questions in a timely manner.

We loved being on Arrowsic Island with the Kennebec in the back yard. And our local drives to find spots to hike and sketch were a real treat. Reid State Park is a jewel. Great kitchen for evening meals and breakfasts. Easy clean up after a stay of 5 days. Thanks John. R and B

The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night which was appreciated sleeping with the windows open. Close to the beach and the fort there was always something to do. It was a pleasant 30 minute beach walk to Popham Beach State Park which is such a fantastic fun place. We would definitely go back.

We enjoy staying at Rowe House when we’re visiting the Boothbay Harbor area. The location is beautiful and perfect for us. It is a sweet home and has lovely outdoor space. Adam and Cindy are thoughtful hosts.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maine house--Barb, the property manager was incredibly responsive, helped with a heating issue while we were there and had the repairs done same day--The house was well equipped with everything you need for a family getaway at the beach! puzzles and games galore, kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for family meals (including lobster cooking essentials--bibs, crackers, steam pots) Great little fire pit out front which we enjoyed, and fenced in back yard area so pets or kids can be safely contained :) Linens, towels, all clean and provided--truly a wonderful home away from home, perfect for our family trip to the beach!

Rob's apartment in Wiscasset was a perfect spot during our weeklong stay in Maine! The apartment is cosy, and Wiscasset is perfectly situated to allow you to explore the coast of Maine. Rob is a fantastic host, as well: communication was so speedy and always helpful.

Had a beautiful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. Sal & Soraia’s rental was perfect for our trip. Needed something close to the main part of town - can easily walk to anything you need. Place had what you needed - ample towels, blankets, etc. Was clean and simple, no fuss which allowed you to really enjoy the surroundings of such an ideal Maine harbor town.

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

We have been staying at various places around North America and can say — without question — this was the nicest/all-around properties we have ever stayed at during our lengthy relationship. As I told the property owner, who by the way is a fabulous person, the photos of the Signal Point home don’t do it justice. The home is even more beautiful in person. We have also never been in a house as perfectly stocked with amenities in our lives. There was a ton of paper products already there for us. The linens were in abundance galore. And the gift bag for us when we arrived was an awesome touch that you don’t get everywhere. Bottom line, we have been staying in Boothbay Harbor for close to a decade during our Maine visits. And this is the best property we’ve been fortunate to land for our trip. We will be back next year and years to come before we buy our own place at Signal Point!

Alison’s place is fantastic. We stayed for four nights with a party of five. The place was spotless, the kitchen is fabulous, and we loved being within quick walking distance to everything in Boothbay Harbor. Definitely recommend!
