We loved our stay at this house! My husband & I had a weekend getaway to relax from our busy city life. The house was amazing, very spacious & clean, and the king bed was so nice and comfy with lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very well maintained. It was so quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the front & back porches listening to the birds & crickets. We caught a few fish with the provided poles & lures. Spring time is lovely with the weather and wildflowers. We also enjoyed the longhorns in the next pasture. It is only a 20 minute drive to Waco for some great food. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for us, the only problem is that we didn’t stay long enough! We will definitely rent again.

We stayed at Byron’s place with our two young children, a couple of friends and their kids and the home was spacious and perfect — the photos don’t do it justice. Despite the weather not being as expected, the rain did not dampen our fun. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, garage filled with items for play, and all the space to enjoy the outdoors. The property is comfortable and private and perfect for a nice getaway. We can’t wait to go back!

This was our second time staying here while fishing Lake Limestone. Close to a public boat ramp. And great communication!

Plenty of space. Everything worked well. Clean and all basic kitchen items available, including coffee pot. Hot tub was excellent. Appreciated the quick responses from the host. 4 miles from the state park which was nice for getting a good walk in. Beds were comfortable.

Great family getaway. Something for everyone. From the fishing, exotic animals, pool table, shuffleboard and the great outdoors. The tour behind the high fence to see the wildlife was great for the kids. The place was well stocked with all the necessities. I think we could have shown up with just our clothes and water (as recommended) and we would have had everything we needed there. The wild game meat was a great surprise for the outdoor lovers of the group. Highly recommend for families who want to spend time without all the electronic distractions that come with life these days.

The lake house is beautiful, the setting is peaceful and serene. The home is well appointed, with all dishes and cookware, towels and other household items, as well as many activities. The home is clean. Jennifer is extremely responsive. This home is several (10 or so) miles out of town and several more (about 5) down the lake road once you turn off the main road, in a peaceful lake community. If you are looking for a true getaway, with a great host, this is it!

Great place, plenty of room for 3 teams of fisherman. Parking for 3 trucks and boats, store is across the driveway, good people.

Le logement est superbe. On a l’impression d’être au far west, avec cette ambiance ranch et les animaux autour. C’est très cozy. Mais il se trouve au milieu d’un champ d’éoliennes. Nous n’avons pas été gêné par cela, mais il faut le savoir. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nos encantó la casa, fue muy cómoda, Excelente ubicación, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un excelente fin de semana
