What a nice house - everything from the rooms and the decor to the outside garden full of greenery and flowers made us feel right at home. The host was very helpful and answered all questions, she’d even left us sweets, coffee, bread and water as a welcome gift. The check-in process was smooth and easy through a lockbox near the door. I would recommend it for a holiday with friends or family!

Perfect autumn getaway with nice sunrise and beach views We had a very nice stay at this apartment on Golden Beach in Thassos. The location is ideal—right at the northern end of the beach, which meant we enjoyed the longest sunshine each day, a real treat during autumn. The balconies were a highlight, offering sweeping views over the entire beach and unforgettable sunrises every morning. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with breathtaking views and warm hospitality, this is an amazing choice. Highly recommended!

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Se spune ca “nicaieri nu-i ca acasa” dar aici, ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine, la fel ca la noi acasa. O splendoare sa-ti servesti cafeaua pe terasa, auzind valurile marii si avand ocazia sa privesti rasaritul si apusul ! Multumim Donatella pentru toata amabilitatea ta si abia astept sa ma reintorc ! 🤗

We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

Great place. Price/performance is awesome. Everything is new in the building. There is even a garden in front of it. But you need to bring something to secure yourself from flies. There are lots of flies out there. There is waterhose in the garden, it helps you to clean sands from your feet before you enter the room. Best thing at a summer house.

Thasos’a ulaştıktan sonra Limenas bölgesinin hemen merkezinde, harika bi daire. Ev sahibimiz rezervasyon sürecinden, konaklama aşamasına kadar her zaman çok ulaşılabilirdi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, mutfak boyutuna göre gayet yeterli. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Der Aufenthalt bei Thomi war super! Die Wohnung ist toll, direkt am Fährhafen gelegen und sehr sauber. Besonders den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Thomi war super nett, wir können ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Evin konumu mükemmel bir noktada. Bir sokak önünüzde çok güzel bir plaj ve 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklığında çarşı var. Gün içinde, akşam veya gece dışarı çıkmak için çok güzel bir konumda. Eve giriş çok kolaydı ancak arabanızı park etme konusu çok rahat değil. Ev çıkmaz bir sokakta ve bazen arabayı park etmek için yer oluyor ya da olmuyor. Onun dışında her şeyi çok sevdik. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok güzeldi. Tekrardan tercih edeceğimize inanıyorum.

Ηταν τέλειο όλα μέσα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα και ένα αλλά πολύ σημαντικό είχε γράψει σε ένα φυλλάδιο αρκετά μαγαζιά για φαγητό και τουριστικά μέρη που θα ειναι χρήσιμο για κάποιους που δεν έχουν έρθει ποτέ στην Θάσο

Dormir au son des vagues et se réveiller en contemplant le lever du soleil, il n'y avait pas mieux pour se recharger. Le logement se situe dans un environnement calme et est extrêmement propre, le beau jardin bénéficie de 3 places de parking assez larges.

A really comfortable house for families with young kids and babies. The host was very polite, helpful and friendly. 10/10!

We are very happy that we chose to stay in Above the sea apartment, we had great time! Excellent communication with Yannis who was very welcoming and friendly! Absolutely stunning view from the apartment! Very clean! Beach and restaurants are at walking distance, great choice for families and couples.

Die Zeit bei Dimitrios war großartig. Ein riesiger Garten mit sehr vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einer traumhaften Kulisse und Ruhe. Dimitrios ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist super um zum wunderschönen Golden Beach zu gelangen. Ca. 2km zu Fuß. Die Wanderung auf den Ipsario ist traumhaft schön und kann direkt vom Appartement aus gestartet werden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wollen gerne hier wieder zu Gast sein. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a lovely stay at Verde Villa. Everything was as described, the bakery around the corner has some great croissants, supermarket is really close and the walk to the beach is fairly short. Recommend for groups up to 6 people.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Nea Peramos und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Top Location, top Ferienwohnung, und ein toller Kontakt – einfach perfekt!"

Totul excelent . La fel ca in descriere . Singura chestie e ca terasa e la comun, dar dacă nu ai nimic inpotriva nu are ce sa fie rău in asta . Noi am avut niște vecini din 2 tari diferite si nu prea am socializat deși am fi vrut dar nu înțelegeau engleză dar , asta e . Totul a fost ok . Priveliștea de vis . Dimineața si la apus poți admira delfinii înotând . Recomandam si cu siguranța vom reveni .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carlo qui a été toujours très réactif dès que nous avions des demandes. L’appartement a un emplacement idéal et une très belle vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
