The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and near public parking, which made everything super convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats. This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and Debra's place will always stand among the best. An easy, charming walk to the beach is a highlight, for sure, but the house itself is larger than we expected. The owners retreat at the back of the house is quietly set back from the front of the house and the other two bedrooms, allowing for privacy for parents and teens, and we had ample tables and chairs to do our work, our reading, and our planning for day trips. Easy drive to/from the airport, exceedingly walkable to pretty much anything you'd want or need, and parking on-street was consistently easy, right in front of the house. Debra is an ideal host: careful, thoughtful, fun, kind. She made us the best lemonade on earth from the lemons on the tree out front of the house. The hummingbirds were active throughout the day, and watching them at the kitchen window was idyllic. The gardens in the back of the house were amazing. Hard to not say more: a truly great stay!

A unique and lovely house close to the action but in a peaceful setting. The front garden is a magical oasis that I did not want to leave. House had everything you need for a great stay.

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

We were greeted at the door with a smile and a tour of the home. Linda’s home was exactly what I was hoping for. A clean, welcoming home away from home. It was a wonderful place near the beach and walking distance to a lot restaurants and stores. My family and I couldn’t have been any happier with our stay.

I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. An absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable and clean!! Just gorgeous and nicely done!! We felt right at home. Tower 17 was responsive when we had trouble with the fireplace and let us add on another night too. I love their generosity with towels and supplies-no nice not to have to worry about them and we could be comfortable. We loved our time at this place!! Thank you!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! We really enjoyed our stay at Tiffanys lovely home for our anniversary. The unobstructed ocean views are truly amazing from this unit! Very peaceful setting on corner (with easy stairs access) so balcony felt private. The bed is also super comfortable for a tranquil good rest. And the kitchen was a great bonus to use when we preferred to dine in. Also the host had great communication & hospitality. A good stay overall. Looking forward to returning again someday. Thanks!
