It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

La casa di Carla è meravigliosa, completa di tutto come da descrizione, in posizione strategica. Carla è un'ottima host, facile comunicazione e ci ha dato consigli preziozi. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento accogliente e confortevole, ampio poggiolo dove poter mangiare e spazio in cui far giocare il nostro bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo. Già predisposto in stanza il lettino da campeggio. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione, sia per la spiaggia raggiungibile e 3 minuti a piedi che per il centro di Lido Adriano in 5 minuti di macchina.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

Unser Sohn war mit seinem Trainer für 1 Woche in Castel San Pietro Terme. Sie waren von Cristinas Unterkunft begeistert und haben ihren Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Cristina war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, würden wir auf sehr gern wieder bei Cristina buchen.

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Genügend Platz für 3 Leute. Gut war, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war perfekt, um viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab dem Haus, z.B. durch den Wald zum Strand laufen. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell bei Fragen reagiert, auch spät abends, als wir ankamen. Sehr nette Geste zum Check-in, es gab Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee, Saft. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Geschirrspüler. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch den Trockner, den es zur Waschmaschine gibt. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Wohnung- den Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, da es draußen leider eher kalt war und mehrfach regnete, so dass die Wäsche ohne Trockner nicht trocken geworden wäre. Ein kleines Sofa hätten wir uns noch gewünscht, um etwas bequem Fernsehen schauen zu können. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und fair.

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Anna's cute annexe is in a prime location for day trips to beautiful old historical towns like Verona, Ferrara and Ravenna. It is a business so there is a carpark outside. Over Easter weekend steady flow of cars in and out.Based on a family owned distillery site this place is a point of difference. Due to illness and unforseen circumstances we had to cut our amazing holiday short and didn't get the full experience so we will be back. Anna is very responsive and flexible with check in and out.The annexe has very comfy firm bed with nice linen. Kitchen is well equipped but no microwave which would have been handy. Anna provides beautiful breakfast basket with everything for the non gluten free guests. Fridge stocked with milk, butter, yogurt, bottled water. Lovely clean bathroom with small shower but good water pressure. Thoroughly recommend Anna's place, could have stayed alot longer. We will be back.

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Piękne mieszkanie z widokiem na morze i na kanał (dwa balkony). Bardzo blisko do plaży. Rownież blisko do centrum i do lokalnych restauracji. Samo mieszkanie czyściutkie, wyposażone we wszystko, co jest potrzebne do wypoczynku. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeszcze raz bardzo dziękujemy.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

We really enjoyed the stay at Scarlett’s cozy place. The flat is perfectly equipped for two people and the kitchen had everything one could ask for. The possibility to use the pool, garden and tennis court, directly across the street was greatly appreciated. Forli itself is not that interesting! But it is a perfect location for day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Bologna and many more beautiful and interesting places. Shoutout to Scarlett’s brother that gave us many great tipps for day trips, food etc✌️ Thank you very much we really enjoyed our time Forli!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto
