It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

“Pasamos un fin de semana increíble en esta hermosa casa en Casanina. La casa es muy grande, espaciosa y decorada con mucho gusto, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda y acogedora. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la amabilidad y atención de la anfitriona, quien además nos sorprendió con un detalle maravilloso: un pan delicioso acompañado de vino y embutidos típicos de la zona, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. Sin duda, es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. ¡

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen und immer gut erreichbar ! Das Grundstück liegt etwas abseits und man hat dort seine Privatsphäre. Allerdings liegen nicht in all zu weiter Ferne El Pesaro, Rimini und San Marino, falls man etwas unternehmen möchte. Für einen Gruppenaufenthalt ist das Haus zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Schließlich wurde uns bei der Ankunft sogar ein Kuchen serviert und ein Snack unter der Woche von den Vermietern zubereitet, was sehr nett war :)

This accommodation is by far the most amazing I have ever stayed in. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is picture perfect, and you will feel like you are in a dream if you stay here. Serena is an excellent host as she was there to greet us on arrival despite us arriving late, she was responsive, helpful, and very friendly. This is the easiest 5/5 star rating I have ever given. We are in love with this property.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

Per un soggiorno a riccione con il nostro micio ci siamo rivolti alla struttura lungomare residence e devo dire che ogni spettativa è stata ben ripagata ottima l appartamento come arredo e attenzione ai dettagli ottimo il servizio di pulizie e il personale della reception cordiale attendo e molto disponibile. Ci torneremo

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Sara was extremely helpful. Due to circumstances we had to book the house last minute in order to stay just for the night and we also arrived late. Even so she was there to greet us and give us all the info we needed. She had even baked a delicious cake for us! The house is perfect, clean, with everything you may need. We certainly recommend it.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

We really enjoyed the stay at Scarlett’s cozy place. The flat is perfectly equipped for two people and the kitchen had everything one could ask for. The possibility to use the pool, garden and tennis court, directly across the street was greatly appreciated. Forli itself is not that interesting! But it is a perfect location for day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Bologna and many more beautiful and interesting places. Shoutout to Scarlett’s brother that gave us many great tipps for day trips, food etc✌️ Thank you very much we really enjoyed our time Forli!

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Ein tolles und super ausgestattetes Haus, der Blick, die Lage und der Pool sind einige der Highlights. Die persönliche Betreuung durch Andrea war wirklich super; ab dem ersten Tag hatten wir somit Insidertipps zur Umgebung und Restaurants, Weingütern, Eisdielen und viel mehr. Ein toller Ort zum Erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher und werden jederzeit wieder gerne über DH Villas buchen.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto
