What a beautiful home. our expectations were exceeded by far. The dock was lovely - we fished - we sat and watched the sunset on the giant porch swing. The beds were very comfortable. The house is lovely - clean and beautiful. We will most certainly come back to this one. THank you Faith for a great place to stay when we are in Tallahassee. I had no idea I could find such a great place out on 20.

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Had no problems in the house. The kitchen had just about everything we needed minus the food of course. There wasn't a television but I had sent a message to ask if we could bring a small television and dvd player for our kids and they had no problem with that. They answered all questions in a reasonable time. Would recommend this cottage. Great hosts. very clean cottage.

This house was exactly as described. Kim and Jason were proactive hosts that were very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and has a beautiful view of the lake, and a great boat dock. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Mr. Randall’s listing exceeded all expectations. The serene and peaceful surroundings offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. His home was warm, inviting, and well maintain. One of the highlights was his dock, without a doubt one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The small housing on the dock provided a cozy spot to relax when I got tired of fishing– it was the ideal place to take a break and enjoy the view. Mr. Randall was a true gem. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like old friends. He and my husband hit it off right away, and we spent hours chatting about fishing and life. Mr. Randall generously shared his knowledge of fishing, and even helped clean the enormous catfish we caught. His kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. If I could give this listing 10 stars, I absolutely would! The warmth of the welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you for everything...You are awesome!!

We had a great time on the lake. The view was amazing and there was plenty of wildlife activity to keep us entertained. Once the sun started setting, we had to move inside though due to the mosquitos. The house was quaint and cozy but had everything we needed. Danny was very communicative and available if there were questions or issues. I would definitely stay in this location again.

Place was easy access and practical. Great place for camping sightseeing, hiking, and fishing.

This was just as described, athough not described, is how well stacked the food prep and eating supplies are. There are glass baking dishes that fit in the toaster oven, pot holders, plates, cups, glasses, silver ware, etc, and a dish rack and soap etc under the bathroom sink that fits well on one side of the sink vanity, with plenty of room for bathroom stuff on the other side of the sink. We brought food to heat up and were pleased with all of these things, we thought we might be roughing it a bit in that area, but all of the supplies made it less so. The beds are very comfortable, living room as big as the picture show. Super quiet area. And when we told her we could not have her famous banana bread, she chose to leave us a small, very tasty fruit basket! Great hospitality! Very friendly and considerate host! We would stay there again!

Nice place for two people. This is the place if you like fishing out your back door. Bed was comfortable. Nice big shower. Hope to stay again
