Jonalyn’s place was spotless clean , a house with all amenities needed for comfortable stay , and complete kitchen cook , Jonalyn was very helpful , very quick response at any time .I will be back for sure each time I visit Ormoc .

The house looks exactly from the photos. It was clean, and even smells good. For its price that can accommodate 4 persons, sulit and worth it na. The host/owner of the house is responsive, and even considerate to extend our stay for like less than an hour from checked out time.🥹🙏🏼 Recommended💯

Très bon séjour chez Leizel. Un petit havre de paix proche de la mer avec un accès privé. La maison était très propre et très grande avec deux jolies terrasses et une très belle vue. Leizel et sa soeur sont très gentilles et dès que vous avez besoin de quelque chose, pas de souci. Il n'y a peut être pas de connexion Wifi mais le réseau DATA passe très bien. Le seul petit hic : le bruit de la climatisation, mais ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail car le reste est parfait ! Encore merci pour ces quelques jours.

We enjoyed staying at Jeanielou's home. Her family was very accommodating and friendly. The home is very well designed, big area for family and friends to gather, and for us the location was perfect as we have family in both Ormoc City and Albuera. We will be back soon! This was our second time to stay at their place. And I always miss their place and feel at home. Will definitely go back there. And I recommend the place. It’s peaceful and quiet. And near to a nice resort and restaurant. Walking distance. And The host is friendly and responsive. Thank you Ate Chris and Norman for letting us stay in your beautiful place.

Great place very clean and roomy , catch a pedal cab right outside the gate or walk if you able. I was having some physical troubles with my leg & back and decide to extend our stay another three weeks to rest, beside for the normal comfortable feeling in the house it is also a great help with mobility issues with a down stairs shower , the stairs are shallow risers with wide steps and hand rails are very secure steel railings that easily support my weight safely the upstairs shower is also large enough to put a chair in when required. This is a must visit location if you are in the area! The entire apartment comes with two fully functioning air conditioners that really help to cut into the brutal heat of Leyte. The fridge is massive and looks brand new which will make storing food, a basic must for the area, simple and easy. There is a brand-new bathroom outside if you desire to use it. The heat in the main bathrooms water channel is incredibly easy to use and actually maintains the temperature. Gary also provides two high tech fans that can be used to further cool the residence. You won't need them, but they can be useful to help cancel some of the outside noise coming from the basketball court/road We rented a car from Gary while we were there (recommended) which unfortunately had a breakdown while we were using it. Within an hour, Gary had another car ready for us to use. Homer and Ann, his two workers, are available 24/7 which makes any issue you may have easily addressed We will be back!

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!
