The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Alexis’s place was spotless, had everything you would need, the beds were extremely comfortable, lots of space, peaceful, and the beach and view was gorgeous. The beach is sandy- not rocky and very slowly gets deeper but the water is pretty shallow (waist height) so great for kids or people looking to just cool off. We even found lots of sea glass for art! The stairs were easy to go up and down, but the golf cart was a great option if you didn’t want to or were unable to use the stairs. Just a short drive from grand bend, but Alexis gave many local activities and recommendations. I highly recommend bringing bug repellents. Alexis was very quick to respond, organized, and the best host I’ve communicated with on Airbnb. We would all love to come back!

we had a lovely time unwinding from our stressful careers. walks on the beach, beautiful open living space, hot tub at night. highly recommend. small dishwasher and washer dryer made it so easy to clean up.

This home was nothing short of comfort, and privacy! Feels very secluded and all of the amenities were amazing, hot tub worked great and hosts were available if needing anything!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. If you like to go on walks this is the place for you. My family was outside everyday. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Our hosts were very responsive, never left us in the dark. House was clean and we had everything we needed. If you play golf and looking for a challenging course… head over to Indian hills golf course. It was a 5 minute drive from the house. Would recommend Walter’s place 100% and looking forward to booking this place again.

Stargazer Cottage is an absolute gem! Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beached, with optimal depth water that made our daily swims unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were especially accommodating with our kids, providing plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and boasts an outstanding view that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, was perfect. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can't recommend Stargazer Cottage highly enough. If you're looking for a serene yet activity-filled getaway, this is the place to be!

A beautiful and quiet location close to beach access. Loved the clean and well equipped cottage and large yard but there was an opening that could have allowed dogs to wander. We just used some outdoor chairs to block it and it worked for us. Would definitely come back! The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful with issues that came up. What a pleasure to stay at Nicole's beautiful vacation home. We loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed, nice short walk to the beach, and so many cute details about the home that made the stay cheery and bright. Nicole was a pleasure to speak to when we had a little oopsie moment (our fault) and didn't hesitate to try to help in any way she could. This is a great place to stay, highly recommend!

Our stay at Jane’s place was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived on Easter Friday night, we could feel how much care and attention she put into every detail. The home was immaculately clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in—and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it both cozy and functional. Jane went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our family feel welcome. She even organized a surprise Easter egg hunt for our 6- and 8-year-old kids upon arrival, which absolutely delighted them and made our holiday so special. To top it off, she even left treats for our puppy, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture! Jane was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making the whole experience completely seamless. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly couldn’t recommend this stay more highly. Thank you, Jane, for memorable & magical getaway- we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We arrived after dark the first day, in the morning we awoke to amazing views and the tranquility of the waves crashing and wind blowing through the leaves. The cottage is very quaint and cozy. Perfect weekend getaway.

Had a Thanksgiving weekend with my family. Diana’s Birchwood beach house was the prefect spot for our families. Large clean bedrooms. 2 huge bathrooms. Amazing kitchen and dining room. Diana has thought of everything that you would need. This place had it all. Would definitely recommend it for you and your family. Diana was very helpful and responsive. Donna’s home is beautiful and had everything we needed (and didn’t know we needed!) for a quiet weekend away. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the house and area are exactly as pictured. While it was just two of us, this is clearly a great spot for a larger group too. I definitely hope to be back, especially thanks to Donna’s responsiveness. A great house and a great place!

This is a beautiful home for a family. We enjoyed the space and it was very cozy for us. The price was great and near family. We spent most of our trip hanging out at the house and enjoying each other’s company. I would recommend staying here and we will probably return.

Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house. The house and property are well appointed and comfortable. The beach is sandy and water is perfect for kids.

Clean place, but a little older, which is just fine. Dirt roads get a bit bumpy. Overall good value and location.

What a cozy, peaceful getaway. Exams in university have been stressful and especially after the winter exam season, Cliff Haven was the perfect, much needed, relaxing getaway. The view from the living room window was a joy to wake up to every day, and the quiet neighborhood streets were ideal for our morning walks. The amenities were all in good condition and there was tons of stuff to do inside on those particularly cold days - playing board games and watching movies on the large screen tv were some of our favourites. Pinery Provincial Park was a beautiful experience as well… We enjoyed 2 amazing days cross country skiing on some of the most amazing trails we have ever seen - quite the hidden gem!!
