The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

I can’t say enough about this place. Was very beautiful, like a little oasis. The outdoors was fantastic. And the inside was so clean and modern and the little bottle of champagne and the waters was so nice. Definitely will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend of our son’s graduation. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. It was spacious & comfortable for our family and extended family. The location was very nice and convenient for traveling to restaurants and the University . Justin was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would recommend a stay if you are visiting High Point or surrounding areas!

I had a wonderful week at Patrick and Carla’s house! I drove down from New York and it was the exact getaway that I needed. The house and the views of the lake were beautiful. The community the house is in is also beautiful and it’s a quick drive away from plenty of gas stations, restaurants, etc. Patrick and Carla were also great hosts, they were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I couldn’t recommend their house more!

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

Perfect Charlotte basecamp — for business and beers. We came as a crew for work, held meetings during the day, and used the house as our evening retreat. It balanced productivity and relaxation better than most of us do. The location? Central enough to stroll to some top-notch craft breweries (research purposes, obviously). The house itself was clean, well-organized, and ideal for groups. The backyard fire pit became our unofficial strategy hub. The pool looked great — we admired it purely as art. And yes, we may have gotten slightly too competitive on the Big Game Hunter arcade machine. No actual animals were harmed, except maybe our pride. Would 100% come back — unless you get there first.

3800 Sulkirk met all of our needs. I grew up in Charlotte and we were in town for my mom's 90th birthday celebration and we needed a 3BR home that permitted dogs. My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. Hawthorne Pizza (and other restaurants) and Harris Teeter are very close by. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach towels were provided as were dog biscuits, a nice touch! Check in is easy as is check out. Great stay and no complaints. Friendly neighbors, great neighborhood, easy walk to downtown restaurants, roomy house, garage had fun kid activities- kept them busy, EV chargers in garage was an unexpected surprise, Doc provided a propane grill and Blackstone which was great, kitchen had an electric griddle which was handy. Everyone was happy!

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Oleg was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again. David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

The home was quiet and peaceful. Benjamin reached out to us our first day to make sure our check in went well and if there were any needs. We greatly appreciated that and it made our experience more personable. We will definitely keep this home on our Airbnb list for when we return to NC.

If you plan a trip to Charlotte, this is a great place to stay. The location is super convenient, close to pretty much everything you need! We loved the property, it's clean, quiet and very cozy! The yard is great to hang out with lots of big trees to keep you cool. Big thanks to Nancy, she always made sure everything is taken care of.

Wonderful place to stay! Thomas was helpful and responsive. The home was clean and cozy, with nice privacy for being so close to the city. Nice little touches included labeled light switches, waffle bar (we didn’t use, but it looked great!), game cabinet, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in shower. Would stay again and recommended to anyone, especially families (that bedroom off the master area was so nice for a kids space!)

Tara's Airbnb was the perfect place to stay while visiting Charlotte. In a very central location the airbnb is on a quiet street with lovely yard and outdoor space, close to the city center. The place was clean and spacious with plenty of beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were spotless. This place is beautifully decorated and it really felt like a home away from home. Parking was so easy and Tara and Ali were easy to communicate with and check in was so smooth. We were so lucky to stay here and can’t wait to come back.

A group of eight of us stayed at the lake for my friends bachelorette party. Everyone was really comfortable and in awe of the property. The space was great for a large group, it never felt like we were on top of each other inside or outside. Response was really thorough and they were able to let us extend her check out which was so helpful! Would highly recommend this location on Lake Norman.

Our group had an amazing time staying here! Everyone's room had a comfortable, clean bed, the backyard was super peaceful for a morning coffee, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Richard's house. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and well designed - - exactly as pictured. Richard's communication was easy as well and we felt well taken care of.

We enjoyed the incredibly beautiful views of the mountains, vineyard and rolling hills surrounding the property. The fire pit is a great place to chill and watch the sunset. The layout of the cottage worked perfectly for our group (our family of 4 and the grandparents.) Thank you for sharing your property on Airbnb!

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located to High Point University and to the Greensboro airport. Chris was very responsive and was easy to work with when we decided to extend our reservation to add an additional day at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The home was inviting, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. They had some toys my grandson could play with. The back yard was large and had a zip line. Their home was warm and cozy. Wonderful place to stay!
