Wonderful place to stay! Our son recently moved to this area and we stayed in the Plake house due to our son’s small apartment not accommodating all of us. We will try to book Plake house on our next visit also. Excellent home with lots of added comforts one of which is the absolutely fabulous sofa. Two thumbs up from this family.

Good home, with great views!

This was our second time staying here and our family had the best time! The lake views were absolutely beautiful—we loved waking up to the peaceful water every morning. The kids had a blast paddle boarding, while we were fishing and able to catch a few! The weather was perfect. We got to enjoy the fireplace and made s’mores in the evening. It felt like the perfect mix of outdoor activities and relaxation. The home is always clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was such a fun, memorable trip for our whole family. We’re looking forward to coming back for our next family getaway.

This was a beautiful home and a wonderful home base for our weekend. We had a great time and the construction nearby was not a problem as far as noise during the day or night (would love to come back again to see how the neighborhood grows and changes once it's done!). The lake is RIGHT THERE. It was easy to find a parking spot on the street but I also loved having the option to park in the garage if needed. Close to Rockwall and restaurants if you'd like but the full kitchen is stunning. We had a great time and only wished we could've stayed longer!

Uma and Balu’s home was perfect. There was plenty of space for our group and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought kayaks, in addition to one Uma and Balu let us use, and kayaked the lake each morning. We will definitely be back!!

House was very clean, nice, and private. Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area. It’s conveniently located in Little Elm.

A very lovely home with lots of space and VERY child friendly (literally thought of everything! Nice bedrooms for couples. Nice size beds with 2 of the beds having memory foam if that’s your thing. Very clean, would recommend

The house was everything you could need with plenty of space and extra common areas. The theater room was great to get the kids to settle down at night and a separate office allowed for a quiet area to get some work done.

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The space looked exactly like the photos! super cozy, impeccably clean (seriously, top-tier cleanliness), and had such a calm, serene energy that made it easy to unwind. Sarah was an absolute gem; friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. And that view? The perfect cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We travel with our dog and appreciate that the home was so animal-friendly. Kelsey provided tons of info so that we could find the place and get in okay. The amenities and little touches everywhere were so thoughtful and helpful. We made dinner one night and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great stay we needed a place to stay while our house was being worked on and we booked at 10 pm and I was worried it wouldn’t get approved but they did within 10 minutes! Awesome hosts!

We were visiting friends in the area and we're bringing our dog along. This location allowed pets. The place was super clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with Target less than a mile down the road. Bret and his team responded quickly. The only tricky issue was the alarm and electronic lock but that all stemmed from user error. I will easily booking this place again if we come back to the area. Cheers.

We stayed 3 nights with 6 Adults, one 2yr, one infant. Great stay. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Toys, games and activities for all ages. Enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace as it was cooler during our stay. Great side yard area for early morning coffee looking out at the small lake. Enjoyed morning walks around the lake with the kids. Lots of beds and Bathrooms make it really nice. Over all great stay and great location

This house is in a neighborhood full of character. You have a private drive and a really big back yard. The home is cozy with a mixture of antiques and modern furniture. A nice place to work from if you need to work. If you travel with your dog, this is the place. Nice restaurants and plenty of coffee shops nearby as well.

We stayed here for our Wedding weekend! It was the perfect private space away from family for us to retreat amidst our wedding activities. We loved having tea on the back porch and looking over the lake and just having space to relax and be together that was clean and comfortable.

Jennifer’s place was great! Everything was seamless and her communication was great! I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home. Ace was beyond responsive, friendly and went over and above to ensure that we had what we needed. Great space and office for my husband to work in while we were there. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful lake and not too far from shops and restaurants.
