We had a really lovely stay here- the beds were really comfortable! Like a little mini hotel room with a kitchen! Paul is super friendly and helpful. Thank you! Hopefully we will come and stay again next year!

Loved the authentic eco credentials - plastic free toiletries, washing up cloth, eco friendly products. The shepherds hut was real cosy and comfy. Bore place is a wonderful spot with far more nature than I would have expected in the southeast! Chris was super friendly and helpful and this was a fabulous stay.

Beautiful little shepherd's hut in a lovely area - a perfect countryside getaway for the weekend (or longer). Huts were clean and really well insulated - would stay cozy in all weathers. Kellie was the perfect host and really helpful - would highly recommend!

molly dishwasher is in an absolutely stunning location the pictures don't do justice to how stunning this place is your surrounded by the most beautiful views in the most peaceful location, me and my family had the most amazing 2 nights staying here and the little personal touches added on top just make it that much more special, moppy is an amazing host and let the boys help feed the animals on the last night which they absolutely loved, there is another hut on site but you cant see them so you have amazing privacy. I can see why lots of people who stay here are on there 7th visit as its a place you'll want to re visit after staying. we will defiantly be back soon, thank you for an amazing stay.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Shepherds Hut. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and relaxed with a nice Barbeque ( which was provided!). The highlight was lighting the fire pit in the evening and huddling around the flames. Kellie was super helpful, and the kitchen/ bathroom had everything we needed. We would love to come back!

I would recommend skylark to anyone looking for some peace. I went alone. I felt completely safe. I knew the farm house was close by but I also had complete privacy so i was able to fully relax. Having the fire pit was wonderful. I used it every evening and sat under the stars. I loved having my own kitchen and bathroom. Moppy was always responsive. I needed more logs and they arrived promptly. She left plenty of food in the fridge. Eggs. Bacon. Sausages. Croissant. Muesli.Milk. Butter. Good coffee etc. I didn't want fro anything at all. Moppy even took me to the train station on my return. A lovely woman and a lovely family.Thanks, Moppy

Very lovely stay in Daisy Hut! Area was very beautiful and peaceful. The farm was lovely to walk around. Chris was very responsive and attentive throughout the stay and made everything very easy. Would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful cabin/shepherds hut and location. I booked a solo weekend getaway and travelled by train from London, getting a taxi from Woking. All easy. Hosts came to say hello and were super friendly and welcoming. I went on a couple of nice walks but could have easily hung around the cabin all weekend. Perfect for solo getaway or as a couple. What an absolute gem of a Shepherd's hut! It's tucked away in a very private spot, giving you the luxury of wandering through the loveliest, most whimsical woods right next to it - we didn’t see another soul the whole time. The hut itself is spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!). Kate has truly thought of everything and makes you feel incredibly welcome. We spotted all sorts of birds, rabbits in the morning, and even some deer! We can’t wait to return, hopefully for an even longer stay next time!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Bluebell shepherds’ hut was lovely. Exactly like the photos with a great outdoor space. Perfect for glamping and enjoying the outdoors with comfort. Maddy the cocker spaniel was a highlight! There were a lot of walking paths nearby and you could quickly feel like you were fully in nature. We were initially wary of the outdoor shower but there was plenty of hot water, privacy and it was easy to use.

The chickens were the highlight for my toddler! Very quiet location, good parking, lovely coffee/ bread etc. Excellent host communication and easy check in!

My partner and I visited Dark Skies Pegasus for a very last minute weekend away. We are local anyway but this was an idyllic reset for us, from arriving we felt right at home with a Land Rover ride to the hut from the farm and a quick tour. Everything was immaculately clean, and the facilities were great. Breakfast was perfect and generous, the bed nice and comfy. The hut is tucked away with amazing views, we spotted tons of wildlife and enjoyed the varied birdsong the most. The hot tub at night is a must! With plenty of local places to eat just a gentle walk from the hut it’s literally heaven. We will hopefully be back again soon!

Perfect cabin in the woods! We loved it, Lucy was an excellent host - very helpful and kind. The place had everything we needed, in a beautiful spot surrounded by bluebells. It was a great location for local hikes. Excellent spot for a relaxing weekend!

Great one night stay in a charming shepherds hut. It was cosy, private and had had all the facilities needed. Bridget was friendly and helpful. Lots of thoughtful little touches provided too, breakfast foods, tea, coffee, milk etc. Would highly recommend. I was walking the South Downs Way solo — really easy to do. Well signposted and plenty of places to eat in the villages along the way. The shepherds hut at Bridget’s place was an ideal stopover for this.

This place takes glamping to a whole new level - power, wifi, constant hot water, the cosiest bed and duvet ❤️ and warms up quickly with the wood burner. Tenterden is 10 Mins max in the car, as is a selection of pubs and 2 mins walk to a brewery. We also found Tesco and Waitrose nearby for one evening in for an oven meal. Already recommended this place to friends for an idllylic few days away

The hut is situated in a very private woodland - we even saw a deer. Waking up to birdsong and nothing else was heaven and staring at the stars at night whilst relaxing in the hot tub was bliss. John was a very hospitable host, answering all our questions cheerfully and checked in once a day to make sure the log burner was working OK. The place is a fantastic getaway and we will book for longer on our next visit.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, well set up, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I was after and a few thoughtful touches that made things easier with clear check-in instructions. Kim was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

What a wonderful stay! Perfect 24hours off grid in such a peaceful location. Jennifer's husband met us on arrival and kindly reconfirmed the directions to the place. They really thought of everything to make it such a lovely stay - board games, toiletries, pre built fire pit and stocked up wood, and even milk in the fridge to make a cuppa! The little things went a long way :) We will definitely be back x

Gigi is the best Shepherd’s Hut we have stayed in by far! My boyfriend and I have stayed in 5 huts so far, and Fiona had been the BEST host we have come across. She really is the Hostess with the Mostess! She has thought about absolutely everything, from breakfast goodies to toiletries, she really has nailed it. The views of this shepherd’s hut are nothing short of beautiful. We were so lucky to catch the cows in the field directly in front who provide endless entertainment, and donkeys to the right. This really is the best of both worlds. We made the absolute most of the lovely firepit too. Fiona, you are hands down the best host we have come across. Anyone thinking about staying here will not be let down.

Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay at The Deer Hut. Emma was very welcoming and the communication leading up to, and throughout our stay was fantastic. The shepherd’s hut was just as advertised and had a very warm and cosy vibe. It was very quiet and peaceful and had everything you need for a comfortable night away. Matthew and Charlotte are great hosts. Accurate description on the posting. Value for money. The toilet, as described, is not in the Shepherd’s hut, but it is close, comfy and warm. The hut was cozy and very well stocked. The rows of cherry trees were stunning in bloom. We took our two cats and had a photo shoot and a picnic. For pictures, see @princessyuzumochi So glad the host shared this little slice of heaven with us. Definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful retreat - the location is simply stunning and completely quiet and away from any road noise. Hannah was always quick to respond, and the hut has everything you could need for a cozy night in. The garden was perfect for our (huge) dog too!
