This bungalow is walking distance to it all while still being a private oasis. The house itself has a BBQ, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower to fully enjoy the socal vibes.

There is an outdoor firepit and market lights to enjoy summer nights in Southern California. Close to many famous surf spots; Beacons, Swamis, Ponto etc.

We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please note: The fenced yard is for the downstairs condo. The upper unit has the wonderful view, beach supplies and outdoor shower just at the base of the stairs.
