Kind host and clean house! We stayed 4 people but i don’t recommend if you are two couples because only one bathroom has. Two very comfortable balconies are amazing. We were traveling with our dog so perfect park just around the corner! Great dor couple days stay. Easy to find parking and only 12-15min walking to the main center attractions.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό. Έχει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό και ακόμα παραπάνω! Πολύ καθαρό και φωτεινό. Παρόλο που είναι πάνω σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο, έχει τέτοια θέση ώστε να είναι ήσυχο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με τα πόδια! Εύκολο παρκάρισμα όλες τις ώρες κοντά στο σπίτι. Η ιδιοκτήτρια, απλά καταπληκτική! Μας βοήθησε πολύ σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας ετοίμασε το σπίτι πολύ νωρίτερα από την προβλεπόμενη άφιξη! Δηλαδή μπήκαμε από τις 8.00 το πρωί, αντί για τις 15.00 το μεσημέρι! Γενικά όλα ήταν υπέροχα, πολύ πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας!

We have stayed in Moonstone W and this time took Moonstone B next door. Another amazing stay! The lockbox allows you to check in flawlessly. The hosts send a message with where to park and a 'to the door' video to help you get there. This property is so central it is so easy to walk. It is less than 3 minutes to restaurants, shops, a taxi rank, the harbour, a pharmacy, and 24 hours shops and food outlets. There is a good sized my market supermarket less than 1 minute away. The central location means all the delivery drivers from Fagi (lesvos food delivery app) can find you with no issue if you don't feel like going out. The property is spotless and the rooms are large with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen is well appointed with all the equipment you could need and a large fridge freezer. If you are visiting friends on Lesvos as I was. you would not be embarrassed to have them visit with you here. An impeccable property with the kindest hosts. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Δεν κατάφεραμε να συναντηθούμε με την κ. Μαίρη αλλά ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη στην επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο και ήταν άνετο για τις ημέρες που μείναμε.

Lokasyon çok iyiydi, yorgunsan balkonda oturmak bile dinlendiriyordu. En iyi restaurantlar evin hemen dibindeydi. Ev temiz ve rahattı. Ev sahibimiz de çok iyi tavsiyeler verdi. Midilli’ye bir daha gelirsek burada kalacağız

Çok ilgili ev sahibi , soruları yanitladi,kaldigimiz sürede ihtiyaç sorguladı.Kendimizi misafir hissettik.Odada pecete vb. Unutulmuştu biz talep etmedik. Bunun yanısıra havlular temiz ve yeni, olabilecek farklı ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü Sinek ilacı düşünülmüştü odada mesela , bölgesel detay.Daha önce kaldığımız için lokasyonu biliyorduk. Navigasyon tam noktaya götürmüyor . Sakin , huzurlu lokasyon . Plaja yakın .Biz memnun kaldik , tekrar Lesvos gezisi düşünürsek konaklama için tercih ederiz. Ευχαριστώ Metaxia

Ένα πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης συνδυάζοντας παράλληλα ηρεμία και ησυχία. Ο οικοδεσπότης αρκετά φιλικός και επικοινωνιακος πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Δίπλα στην Ερμού όπου η αγορά είναι διπλα σου με άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε την Μυτιλήνη.

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Lesvos villa was the perfect place to relax in a beautiful, peaceful location. The villa is very well equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. A car is essential. There is so much to explore on the on the island & our host provided some great tour books. Would recommend for couples or families with older children. 😊

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

We could not meet Ourania. But Madam Efi took care of our needs from check-in until the check-out. One of the best hosts we had during our stay in Lesvos. The pie and lemonade she made for us was especially delicious. The house was built in 1894 and maintained well. If we come again to the Lesvos Madam Efi's wonderful place will be our once again home for sure. Kindly note for the guests who come with car: The street which reaches to the house is a dead end so if you cant find a slot to park near the house you will need to carry your luggages where you park, so an easy way to carry your baggages is parking the car temprorarily near the house, carrying the luggages and then searching for a spot to park.

Ev konum olarak molivosun göbeğinde diyebilirim, resurantlar ve bir çok beache yürüme mesafesinde aracımızı civar köylere gitmek dışında şehir içinde hiç kullanmadık. Evin hemen altında bujiteriler var alışveriş yapilabilicek manzarasıda çok güzeldi. Ev cok temizdi ve kullanışlıydı, tek sorun balkonun tek odaya ait olması olabilir. İkram olarak şişe sarap ve minik bi rakı vardı 2 adette sabun bu çok hoşumuza gitti çok ince bi dusunce :) 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak konakladık ve çok yeterliydi, her şey icin cok tesekkurler. Yeniden gelsek yeniden kalacagimiz bir ev ♥️

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και φιλόξενο. Ο Ιωάννης έχει προβλέψει κι εξοπλίσει με ό, τι σχεδόν χρειάζεται κάποιος για λίγες μέρες διαμονής. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ευνοϊκή για όποιον θέλει να κινηθεί γύρω από το κέντρο.

Ένα πανέμορφο άνετο πεντακάθαρο σπίτι , πολύ μεγαλύτερο απ’ο,τι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες , στο κέντρο της Ερεσσού ,σε απόσταση αναπνοής , ήσυχο πολύ ,με τέλεια θερμοκρασία δωματίου ( δε χρειάστηκε να ανάψω το αιρ-κοντίσιον) , η κυρία Μαίρη κι ο κύριος Κλεομενης είναι γλυκύτατοι καλοψυχοι και εμπνευστικοί άνθρωποι ! Τιμή μου και χαρά μου που σας γνώρισα ,ευχαριστώ παρά πολύ για όλα , θα τα πούμε του χρόνου στη μαγική Ερεσσο !!

Haris and her parents "went the extra mile" to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had all the amenities needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and even had a washer with outdoor drying line and clothes pins. They provided fresh fruit, home-baked treats, local drinks and bottled water. Haris's mom even made me chicken soup when I mentioned my cold. Haris responded quickly to any inquiries. I loved going to sleep to the sounds of the surf and enjoyed being just a few steps from the beach. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

En ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş temizliğe de oldukça önem verilmiş. İç dizaynına hayran kaldık. Konumu itibarıyla da tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Mert ve ailesi çok sevecen ve cana yakın insanlar çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ayrıca mertin çiftçiliğinden taze yumurta ikramları ve bahçelerinden meyve ikramları çok güzeldi. Son 1gün ekstra konaklama hediye etmesi de biz çok sevindirdi. Sessiz sakin doğa içinde bir tatil yapmak isteyenler için ideal bir konaklama Mert ve ailesine teşekkürler.
