We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Angeline est accueillante et sympathique, nous avons eu de très bons échanges, avec des recommandations sur les activités et restaurants à proximité. Sa maison est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Située dans un environnement calme et paisible.

We hebben ruim een week en twee weekenden in dit huis gezeten. het staat op een prachtige en rustige plek. Het is geweldig om het hele huis voor jezelf te hebben. De omgeving is fantastisch! Er is zo enorm veel te doen! We hebben bijna elke dag een prachtige wandeling gemaakt en altijd afgesloten met een duik in Lac des Iles of een meertje nog dichterbij. Het huis is ook top. lekker ruim en alles is aanwezig. Voor onze kinderen van 3, 6 en 8 was het helemaal geweldig! Er is zoveel speelgoed in dit huis. We kunnen dit huis vannharte aanbevelen.

Super accueil et très jolie maison. Aurélie est très réactive et arrangeante. La maison est Très propre et bien aménagée. Le jardin très agréable même si proximité avec la route passante. On recommande et on y reviendra si nous repassons dans la région !

Maison idéale pour notre réunion familiale ! Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements et notamment dans la cuisine (parfois succinct), l'espace et le confort agréable des chambres, les salles de bain, la décoration moderne et ancienne, un écran TV grande taille, la propreté générale, la petite attention du propriétaire, le bon compromis hôtellerie (conciergerie et linge de maison fourni) et le concept Airbnb est très bien réfléchi pour les touristes. La vue sur le lac est superbe ! Les échanges avec la conciergerie ont été très fluides et réactif. La situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir la région. Cette maison a un vécu et nous avons été heureux d'en faire partie. Nous recommandons sans modération !

Een fantastisch vakantieverblijf. Het voelde als thuis, maar dan op een prachtige plek vlakbij het meer. Sfeervol en comfortabel ingericht met oog voor detail. Voor alles is gezorgd; opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, badlakens, volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamers met heerlijke zeepjes. Aan alles is gedacht. Zeer ruim van binnen, speelse indeling en een heerlijke tuin met verschillende zitjes en bbq. De ontvangst van Chrystele en Yannick is erg hartelijk en vriendelijk en ze denken graag met je mee over de activiteiten. Zeker een aanrader voor een lang verblijf met groot gezin. Op loopafstand van het meer en het dorpje voor wat boodschapjes of het opladen van de auto. De omgeving biedt voor ieder wat wils. Canyoning, paragliden, wandelen, zwemmen, fietsen rond het meer, hiken, supboarden, ziplinen, waterfietsen. En Annecy is zeker een bezoekje waard. Kortom: topvakantie en we komen graag terug! A bientôt!

Très jolie maison, propre et très accueillante. Grands volumes et bien équipée. Proche d’Annecy, bien desservie par les transports en commun. Literies de bonne qualité. Attention toutefois aux escaliers, non sécurisés pour les enfants.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Maison absolument magnifique, correspond tout à fait aux photos et la description. Elle est parfaitement équipée et adaptée à une grende famille avec enfants en bas âge avec pleins de jeux et de livres a disposition. Très bien située, proche de tout et dans une région où il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Merci Anne-Laure et Yvan, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Après de nombreux échanges par message avec Cendrine, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Mélanie. La maison correspondait en tout point à la description. Elle convient parfaitement pour une famille de 5. Nos 3 enfants ont pu profiter des nombreux jeux sur place (balançoire, trampoline, maisonnette pour enfants sans compter tous les jeux intérieurs mis à disposition). Côté adulte, on y trouve tout le nécessaire: cuisine équipée, machine à laver, barbecue à Gaz, … Sans oublier la piscine semi enterrée (bien suffisante pour se rafraîchir) La superbe terrasse extérieure qui surplombe Albertville offre une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes. Un joli terrain de pétanque permet de se détendre pendant que les enfants jouent en toute sécurité (terrain entièrement clôturé) Proche de toute commodité. Enfin, maison très propre. Un tout grand merci à Cendrine et sa famille de nous avoir permis de passer de telles vacances et merci aussi à Mélanie pour son accueil

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un havre de paix au centre ville. Accès transport en commun très proche. Reymond est un hôte au petit soin pour ses locataires merci à lui. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement.

Wir haben einen schönen Wanderurlaub mit der Familie verbracht. An- und Abreise und die Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die ganze Einrichtung im Haus hat gut funktioniert. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind natürlich das Highlight. Wir können die Unterkunft und Jacques als Gastgeber weiterempfehlen.
