Wunderschöne Anlage und sehr schöne Zimmer. Eine definitiv zu empfehlende Unterkunft, um zu entspannen und zu genießen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Catalina hat auch hervorragendes Essen, welches ein bisschen teurer ist als außerhalb, aber es lohnt sich sehr. Kartenzahlung möglich. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lydia war eine äußerst herzliche Gastgeberin, bei der wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. In dem alten Kolonialhaus mit offenem Innenhof und großzügigen Räumen entsteht eine gehobene Atmosphäre. Zum Frühstück servierte Lydia selbstgemachte und außergewöhnlich leckere Omelettes. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers mit angeschlossenem Bad war einfach. Alles war sehr sauber. Ich kann ihre Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our group of 12 (3 children) and adults really enjoyed our time at Jake’s! We spent the early morning in the center of Leon and then headed that way closer to check - in. Place was easy to find (if you are not from Nicaragua) we recommend you use location app Waze because Jakes place is marked there for easy find. The place is very clean and rooms offer all comforts- each have their own bathrooms and AC. The poo was perfect for the children and the place offers plenty outdoor showers to wash off the sand. There is a kitchenette attached to a bedroom (if you are renting the whole space) and a full kitchen for your use. They offer recommendations for restaurants but Ana, one of their staff, who we absolutely adored and was so nice and on it, ended up cooking for us. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night, but due to our schedule we were not able to. Access to water is phenomenal and almost flat with no rocks

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Johanna. Sie ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch. Sie war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Vom Barrio Guadeloupe kann man auch abends noch zu Fuß zur Unterkunft gelangen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke!

Perfect location in the heart of Leon. The room is clean, the breakfast is very nice and Maria and her family are very kind. They waited for us while our shuttle was delayed🙏🏼 Would definitely come back!

Fantastisk hyggeligt hostel. Supergode værelse, med aircon og en kæmpestor seng. Vi nød vores ophold i de eksklusive omgivelser, med hængekøjer, relax pool og lækker morgenmad. Kan varmt anbefale et ophold hos Mauricio og hans søde hustru. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Diese Unterkunft war ein Traum. Simple Hütten in wunderschöner Atmosphäre, ein perfekter Ort zum Entschleunigen und Genießen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und viele Möglichkeiten zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich das großartige hoteleigene Restaurant. Eine Küche der Superlative. Vom Kaffee, über Vor- Haupt- und Nachspeisen. Außerordentlich gut! Und all das zu absolut fairen Preisen. Danke für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, wir freuen uns wieder zu kommen.

Tuve una estadía súper agradable! Había un balcón muy bonito, la habitación estaba limpia, el staff fue amable y muy servicial y el hostal está una zona bastante silenciosa. Definitivamente volveré. 🙂

please do yourself a favour and book this Airbnb. Lydia was an outstanding host; warm, caring, helpful. You feel instantly welcomed in their beautiful home, and connected. She even picked fresh herbs to add to the beautiful honemade breakfast she provided, in the very serene garden. A must in Leon! Muchas gracias Lydia para su ayuda, conversiaciones y amistad. Tiene un corazón puro.

Beautiful property and wonderful host. Catalina and team were so welcoming right from the beginning. We arrived early and she welcomed us to the property to relax while our room was being finished. The property is an oasis. It has a select number of rooms and is private to guests which makes it very relaxing. The team is on the premise from open to close for anything to need. Catalina also gives each guest information detailing all the surrounding attractions and restaurants however there is no need to leave if you wish to just stay and relax for the day.

We loooved it here! Was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. It‘s a very calm place and not much going on at the accommodation which was good for us as we enjoyed recovering from the day trips here. The staff was so kind and helpful. It takes 15-20mins to walk to the city center but we always felt safe walking even in the dark so it wasnt a problem.

Well, I enjoyed my previous stay here so much, that I came back for another month. All of the rooms here are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Hilda and her team are constantly making improvements to the hostel through painting, cleaning and general maintenance. This has been one of my favourite stays in all of my travels.

Maria es una excelente anfitriona, siempre está pendiente, atenta y lista para cualquier eventualidad y ese trato tan cálido que ella brinda. El lugar es amplio y cuenta con mucha ventilación y ayuda mucho con el clima caído de Leon; todo el lugar es muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones. Definitivamente un lugar para sentirse como en casa.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft, ideal zum Entspannen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom 2km langen, fast menschenleeren Strand entfernt, verschiedene Restaurants und Bars fußläufig oder mit bereit stehenden Fahrrädern zu erreichen; Mauricio ist ein sehr weltoffener Mensch und sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner, der viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend gibt. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Angela, her family, and staff had exceeded our expectations. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Very laid back, easy going, and happy people. My husband and I felt lucky to have to pleasure of meeting them and staying with them. Highly recommend!

Pasamos 5 días en el hotel y lo disfrutamos mucho. La habitación es sencilla pero grande y limpia. Disfrutamos mucho el jardín con las hamacas y la piscina, esa fue una excelente manera de refrescarse. y lo que nos gusto es que pudimos usar la cocina para hacer algo para el almuerzo o la cena. Todo súper bien!

Mauricio was a great host and with the assistance of Ana they keep the place nice and clean. Parking within the premises is a nice added value, specially for motorcycle travelers like us (hauling all that luggage). A great place to stay in Las Peñitas, at walkable distance from the beach and other attractions around the village. Great privacy and ambience away from the loud Main Street.

Great hostel, super clean and nice rooms. Appreciated the air conditioning and the plunge pool helped keep cool. Breakfasts were good as were kitchen facilities. Security taken seriously and there is a nice vibe as it's a smaller hostel and easy to get to know other guests. Nice places to lounge around and staff were helpful

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern in Leon und das Hostel ist eines der besten für uns gewesen - so gut, dass wir nochmal für ein paar Tage dorthin zurückgekehrt sind. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, das kostenlose, köstliche Frühstück ein tolles Plus und der kleine Pool für Kinder perfekt. Alles ist blitzblank sauber und die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr geräumig. Der Billardtisch, die vielen Hängematten und das große Bücherregal sowie die vielen Spiele waren toll. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

definitely recommend staying here, is a full place to stay, they have a gym, pool and nice ambient to meet people and enjoy the room. Close to the center and just a good place to meet people!
