Great place, really nice to stay at. Comfy beds and lovely touches with the crumpets jam, teas and coffee. Well decorated and nice outside space out the back too. We had a good time. Only points would have been nice to have an armchair in the front room as there was 4 of us. There was some parts that needed a bit of a clean and a few spider webs in corners etc but didn’t affect our stay.

We had a brilliant Easter stay at the Corner House! Rona was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful - had tons of room for the five of us and our dog, and the games room was brilliant! The Vernon Arms pub is dog friendly and just across the road. We had a lovely breakfast there, and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay Rona! X

I can’t praise this place enough, it was so homely. The kitchen had everything you need and more, top spec. All the beds are very comfortable. The sofa was very cosy and spacious. The garden was a highlight, lovely and quiet with lots of space to relax. The overall location was nice and quiet at night. Lynsey & Matt are friendly, accommodating and responsive. I would 100% stay here again 🤗 Thank you

Great stay. Friendly & helpful host. Lots of character in the house. The only down side for me ( but not the rest of the party )was the steps up from the car port to the house as I am a little unsteady on my legs. But other than that a great place. Lovely pub just down the road too

Wendy was a super friendly, helpful and responsive host from the moment I enquired about booking until the moment we checked out. Her place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb, a real home from home. It’s cosy and comfortable and stylish throughout and feels very spacious considering it’s a maisonette. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a two night stay to visit friends nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area and we’d recommend to anyone else. James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

we had a lovely few days at Paul's place, perfectly place for us to visit my son and his new baby ....comfortable and homely. would recommend to anyone.

Only our 2nd time using AirBNB so we are still new to it. Excellent communication from our host and caravan was in a lovely peaceful location on site. Site was well located for exploring the area and two excellent pubs within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

We have had a wonderful stay at Penn Hill this week. Jo and Richard were friendly, warm and welcoming and we were made to feel right at home. The location and house are stunning and we have already booked to go back again!

An amazing place, loads of space, carved up beautifully into separate kitchen (with huge larder, and utility room with chef's oven) massive dining room, same size lounge but very cosy, with all the bedrooms and en-suites you would need, even a separate annexe if needed too. An indoor heated swimming pool, with showers, changing rooms and a separate entrance off the beautiful garden tops it off! Great location for dog walks, and the local pub, coffee shop and convenience store, this is a must stay!

Our weekend was absolutely amazing, the caravan is very comfortable, clean & in a lovely location, would definitely highly recommend

Lauren’s place was a lovely place and perfect for my young family. She had it set up for my baby daughter with the cot, high chair and bath for shower which was a massive help. The caravan was very clean with plenty of room and had everything we needed. Communication with Lauren was excellent. We would definitely look to stay there again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Rachel's place. It was exactly as described. Out in the countryside in a safe and quiet area. Rachel and Tracy communicated well in advance. It was nice to be met by Tracy on our arrival. The property was very comfortable. We appreciated milk, bread, butter and jam being left for us. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised and was spotlessly clean and fresh. John came to see me to see if there was anything he could help me with. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Honestly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed, we had everything we needed and more and the personalised touches were just lovely! So cosy, clean and we felt so at home - we are already planning a trip back! 🩷

I was just as happy with this, my second stay at Emma's bungalow, as my previous stay The bungalow is clean, tidy, cosy and very well equipped for self catering It is a perfect location for me to visit family in Derby and I really like Belper itself Emma is very easy to communicate with and very responsive - she quickly came to my rescue with an apparent problem I had with the cooker! (the cooker wasn't faulty btw!) I hope to be stay here again and am happy to recommend to others

This was my first time booking an Air BNB, and I was a bit unsure since I usually stay in hotels. We had a fantastic time during our getaway; the pod was warm and tidy. Traveling with our 2-year-old was a breeze because the garden was fenced, allowing her to play outside safely. The setting was stunning, just a short stroll to the town, yet it remained tranquil and serene. We enjoyed our evenings relaxing on the deck beneath the garden lights. Luke and Sally were incredibly accommodating, providing great suggestions for local attractions. We chatted with Luke both mornings, and he was friendly and easy to talk to. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, and as soon as we returned, we started checking for the next available dates to come back because we enjoyed it so much. We definitely plan to return soon. Thank you!
