Had the best stay in Turks! The beach is absolutely breathtaking—freaking beautiful, but with a lot of stones, so definitely wear crocs for swimming (haha, but still so much fun). The place is even more stunning than the pictures—seriously, it’s worth it. The host was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were okay and going above and beyond to help us with everything, like contacting a driver since we don’t have a license. The place is super clean, fresh, and the view is just perfect. Can’t recommend this spot enough! You won’t regret it istg ☀️🐚❤️❤️❤️

The place is beautiful, very clean, modern and comfortable.

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!

Une villa d'exception, avec un accès à la plage et une vue exceptionnelle. Très propre et très tranquille...seule au monde lors de notre séjour mi- juillet. Très belle île à visiter nous y avons séjourné 4 jours ( 3 dodos) nous avons eu le temps de visiter en voiture ( location) north et middle Caicos, tout était magnifique. Il est possible de se procurer de la nourriture et de l'alcool facilement à environ 15 minutes en voiture. Tout est fermé le dimanche.

I loved the closeness to the beach, the views were amazing from all over the house and balcony! We loved the amenities, and felt very safe. Although there was a dock/ work yard nearby that was busy constantly and very noisy, while this didn’t really bother me it could be problematic for a light sleeper. We also went over the electrical allowance with only 2 people, when our trip was originally planned for 4-6 people, we did take advantage of the laundry and cooked in the kitchen. Although we were not excepting a $100+ electric bill at checkout especially considering we were hot in the bedrooms downstairs. I cannot fathom how much we would’ve gone over with more people. (There was a meter the host showed us how to read upon arrival, but he advised us with 2 people we likely wouldn’t go over so we didn’t bother to pay attention to this and apparently should have)

We visited for a week. The place was exceptional. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We visited new beaches each day and enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Snorkeling in the reefs was fun. Don't miss Thursday night's fish fry. The location made it easy to access everything. We are already planning to return.

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

Oscar gave very clear instructions. The place was extremely easy to find and you feel right at home right away. the apartment is stocked with everything you can think of and the view from the balcony is simply amazing. Highly recommend for anyone with a small family or a couple !!

Our stay at Yadleys place was amazing! We loved everything about it. Yadley was a great host, always responsive and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed everything. The pool was a great place to spend our mornings before heading out for the afternoon. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to TCI

Great stay. Mark was very responsive & accommodating. The space is comfortable, well managed and spacious. Exactly like described. Everything is only a few minutes drive away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Roberto is a very gracious host. He’s easy to communicate with and he gives you helpful information and instructions to make your stay at his place a blast. I would definitely use his place again on my next visit to Turks and Caicos.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with all the little details thought of to make the stay even more enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality made my stay truly special. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity and for making this experience so memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for everything! We just returned from a week at this lovely condo. The location is literally steps from a large infinity pool. We felt very safe with the gated community and condo felt private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered lanai eating meals we grilled there on the comfortable furniture and lounging by the pool. The night security guard is friendly as we found all the people who maintain the pool and gardens. We walked to eat at Shark Bite and Baci (the security guard showed us how to walk across the bridge and down to the restaurants - short walk) and drove a short distance to Mango Reef Restaurant and recommend each of these. Snorkeling was convenient at Smith Reef as well as Coral Gardens. We explored much of the island including Taylor and Sapodillo Bays, Long Bay to watch kite surfing; enjoyed local culture on Wed night at Da Conch Shack and Thurs night at the Bight Fish Fry not far from the condo. The provided beach chairs & umbrella were great to take to beach. Thanks Jeff!

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

This is a beautiful unit on a stunning property in a more quiet/secluded part of Provo. Everything was very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic (gorgeous pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs at both pool and beach, and a great restaurant right on site)! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and was fully stocked with everything you need (aside from groceries). You definitely need to rent a car as the property is about 25 min from the heart of Grace Bay/restaurants/shopping, etc. However, if you are looking for a quiet location without the crowds, you won't be disappointed! My stay at 3 Mary cay was everything we expected and more. You don't come across A place like this often , the beach was amazing and only steps away from the villas , this place really is special. I'll def visit again. As always nice north Caicos never disappoints.

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

We had a fantastic time and really appreciated the remoteness of the resort - it was truly perfect for COVID travel. The beach was beautiful and we were often the only ones on it, even during a peak holiday period. The beach at the resort is definitely different from Grace Bay, Leeward beaches, etc (water not as calm, abundant sea grass - yet many spots with crystal clear water to swim in), but we were happy to have it all to ourselves and visited the other beaches during our stay. The pool was also great. There was even a pair of hummingbirds who greeted us upon arrival! The condo setup was perfect - very easy for a family of four. The only issue we had was the speed of the internet, which seemed to be due to excess use during a peak holiday week. The resort should really try to upgrade that, as it did make it challenging to deal with some work issues. Lisa was a terrific host and was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We highly recommend the place.

This was a very beautiful stay. The place was even nicer than the photos, our host was very helpful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. It was a nice quiet area to stay that was only a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other guests.
