Rosetta was a super host. Very friendly and accommodating. If your there on a Friday, do order the pizza. Both the pizza and breakfast were delicious. The place was a perfect mix. Close enough to bike there but far enough to enjoy the peaceful area and listening to the birds.

It was great to stay at Ria's place. Ria is a great host. It was very nice having breakfasts with her snd talking with her. She is very friendly and helpfull. The room and house is very nice, comfortable and cosy. Also the area is great with nice nature. Also it was great to borrow the bike. All in all a great stay! If I ever come to Assen again I will definitely come back! Thanks a lot.

We loved every moment of our stay in Edwin's beautiful home! We were arriving earlier than the check in time, and Edwin made sure he was there to personally greet us and let us check in early. He was so friendly and helpful, with lots of lovely recommendations. He also left us enough food in the fridge for a couple of great breakfasts, which was much appreciated after some time travelling, and even some wine and beer for us too! The home was just lovely, beautifully taken care of but with plenty of charm. There was so much room to make ourselves at home, with a big comfy bed, cute little dining area, and the beautiful roof terrace to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, great if you don't want to eat out all the time! We learned that Edwin is an artist and there was lots of his beautiful work displayed in the home which was a really cool touch. We were honoured to be your first Australian guests and we will be back next time we visit - we loved every moment!

Wunderschöne, detailverliebt eingerichtete Unterkunft. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich. Superfreundliche Hosts - es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Das angebotene Frühstück war umfangreich & extrem lecker. Ganz lieben Dank für eine unvergessliche Reise!

Der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber, was mich sehr beeindruckt hat, Freundlichkeit und Kommunikation mit Fokelien, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit, ich würde jeden empfehlen sie kennen zu lernen und bei ihr zu übernachten, sie ist ein feiner Dame die um ihre Gäste kümmert, Danke Fokelien.

Janneke is aardig, behulpzaam en belangstellend! Precies gepast! Alles is piekfijn in orde, schoon, netjes en een geweldig bed! In overleg heb ik in de nacht gedoucht, wat voor Janneke ook geen probleem was (ik had dichtbij een feest, met verkleden en groen haar, vandaar de wens om te douchen). Janneke is super begripvol en daardoor voelde ik me enorm thuis. Janneke is een super host! :)

Een heerlijk stekje. Vanuit je bed kijk je uit op je eigen privé terreintje. Schuifpui open en je hoort de vogels fluiten. Modern, Scandinavisch ingericht en een lekkere regendouche. In 10 minuten wandel je naar het centrum. Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je wat mij betreft hier!

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Remco is vriendelijk, en gaf per Whatsapp extra tips. Via de navigatie kwamen we echter aan de verkeerde kant uit en dan kom je niet op de juiste parkeerplek (je moet via een eenrichtingweg er komen), maar verder was de service, het dorpje met supermarkt en restauranten dichtbij prima!

Dit was de perfecte afsluiter van mijn vakantie ❤️ Ondanks dat er niemand anders was kreeg ik in mijn up, een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt voorgeschoteld, met liefde gemaakt! Bedden slapen geweldig, en het was heerlijk schoon 😀 Super leuk ontvangen door Gonnie en Richard. Het perfecte adres voor als ik weer eens de laatste boot naar huis mis! We gaan elkaar zeker nog eens zien 😀 Bedankt!!

Siska was a great host from the beginning, she was very friendly and welcoming! The room is light and spacious and had everything I needed. The house is not too far from the city center and is easy to reach. Even more so if you rent a bicycle - which I recommend, because Groningen is a great city to discover by bike. :) Oh, and Siska's breakfast is delicious, you don't want to miss it. Onverwacht veel ruimte door een bijbehorende keuken/ontbijtruimte die niet door anderen in gebruik is. Prima locatie, fietsen kunnen droog staan in de schuur. Prima ontbijt. Mooi dicht bij Franeker. Aanrader dus.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matthias hätte definitiv 6 von 5 Sternen verdient! Ein blitzsauberes Zimmer, ein schöner Garten um in der Sonne zu sitzen und dazu noch so freundliche, herzliche Gastgeber. Matthias und sein Partner geben sich die größte Mühe, damit man sich als Gast wie zuhause fühlt, selbst wenn man, wie wir, nur für eine Nacht bleibt. Ihr Haus und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, was man auch beim hervorragenden Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, direkt spüren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank, ihr habt unseren Kurzurlaub perfekt abgerundet!

We hebben een heerlijke overnachting gehad voordat wij naar Terschelling zijn vertrokken. De ruimte was schoon en ruim opgezet. Alles was aanwezig voor een lekker ontbijt. Wij komen graag een keertje terug.

Leuke B&B in de buurt van Franeker. Nette ruime kamer en badkamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Gastvrij en hartelijk welkom geheten en leuke communicatie met Helene.

It was the lovliest B&B that I have ever seen. Carmen is fantastic host, and made us feel so at home, we were sorry to go. Our family will definitely have to come back.
