This is a lovely condo. Super clean, lots of room, beautiful furnishings. Riley was responsive and so great when I had some pesky questions. He was gracious and responsive in the best way. This condo is a gem!

This has become one of my favorite AirB&B locations when I'm looking to get away from the city life. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities needed, there's plenty to do around the area, and the location is amazing. Just the view alone is breathtaking, and the night skies are very dark. I hope to visit again.

What a beautiful place. Amazing modern build, very spacious with Cafe right below. very quiet overall even with being by the main road. Host was friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze.

David and Nicole were exceptional hosts. They were extremely responsive and genuinely vested in a comfortable and pleasurable stay. Their attention to detail, well equipped accommodations made my stay better than my own home. Everything in its place and easy to find. I stay in Airbnb’s all over the country and this is easily top 3 and they have a very happy repeat client as long as they will have me. Thanks for an excellent experience David and Nicole. Jason’s studio was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently located to all the area has to offer. Highly recommended!

We had 3 couples and the layout was perfect. Each couple had bedroom with a queen bed and their own bathroom. It was also quiet within the house. It was well-stocked with amenities. Nice location for visiting the Traverse City area, especially the Leelanau Peniunsula. Close to downtown TC, grocery store, and good restaurants and wineries. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great responsive communication. Everything was spotless except the hot tub when we arrived. The plows and skimmer were left floating. Pointed it out and someone promptly came and fixed it!

Adorable cottage on the Main Street in Empire. So much room for our entire family with room to spare. The area is so beautiful and the house is close to all of the attractions in the area.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

We had a nice time staying for a long weekend! Even in April, the views of the surrounding woods through the large windows was great.

Great location close to town, walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, charming, has everything we need. Have stayed several times and we love it.

Peter was a great host. Very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. The house was in great condition and only a few minutes away from downtown.

We had a wonderful weekend and totally enjoyed the Condo. It was clean, organized and we felt right at home. We most definitely would stay there again. It was perfect!! We stayed at Caroline's place for a long weekend getaway and it was lovely. The home was clean and cozy, we felt like we were in a treehouse with the wooded surroundings and fresh snow fall. It was very peaceful. We loved the wood burning fireplace. There was firewood and starters available in the sheds outside which was very convenient. It's also walking distance to the spa nearby which has a great view of the lake. We hope to come back and visit again sometime!

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!

Super special place. We felt so fortunate to have found it. It’s no wonder families return year after year. Simple, mellow days wandering the grounds, rockhounding the shore, kayaking, swimming, napping. Felt like a true vacation. Thank you for hosting such a memorable time for us.

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!
