Fantastic house with great location. Everything was clean, very comfortable and she was great answering questions or being informative. There was tons of room and the pictures don’t do the home justice. We would def come back!

Amazing view of Lake Michigan with a nice porch. Very well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable beds and furniture. Todd was super nice and helpful. We hope to return.

We had a great stay! Traverse City was super busy due to Cherry fest, so it was very nice to have the beach access there at the condo. For any guests who want to use streaming services on the TV (there aren’t any already connected to it) we brought a Roku with us and it connected to the resort’s guest wifi and played with no problems. Good location, and there were thoughtful touches like little soaps and conditioners, kitchen essentials we had forgotten like ziploc baggies, etc. Balcony overlooks a wooded area and was a very relaxing spot to sit and chat.

Well, they don’t care much for property management companies, I will say the views from this place are unparalleled. This is the second time I’ve stayed there and will probably do so again because of the location.

This was out 2nd stay at Mark and Annette’s. We love the location close to town and marina where we keep our rented boat for the week. Kitchen is well stocked. We brought our toddler this time and the primary bedroom had plenty of room for 3 of us

We enjoyed our stay at Dawn's condo! The unit was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed for our weekend in Traverse City. This place offered a great view of the bay and was only a short drive away from downtown. We plan to stay here again in the summer!

We stayed for Iceman (November), thus out of season for the TC area. The place was very clean and had a great presentation. There was no big list of choirs to do when we checked out. They did tell us to bring trash to bin and start a load of laundry, however we found no trash bins outside and there was no laundry machine in the unit. So we assumed that only applied to certain units. I'll try to book again for next year. Definitely a great place.

It was cozy and very clean. The view of Lake Michigan was amazing and its a quick drive from Traverse City and other locations. Loved our stay and would recommend to friends/family for a place to stay.

We had a last minute change in plans needing a place to stay near family for a family reunion. Tammy's place was a reasonably priced option not too far from our family. The views were beautiful and was a comfortable place, including a deck which was a nice place for breakfast. The place was clean and the instructions were clear. The location was not too far from attractions like Sleeping Bear Dunes, Beaches along the coast of Lake Michigan, and Traverse City.

Katy’s place was extremely clean and perfect for our family stay in TC. It’s very conveniently located and we loved the bike trail right up the street. Everything was stocked and worked well. She was super responsive during our time and outlined everything with check in and our stay very clearly. We’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting TC!

Super special place. We felt so fortunate to have found it. It’s no wonder families return year after year. Simple, mellow days wandering the grounds, rockhounding the shore, kayaking, swimming, napping. Felt like a true vacation. Thank you for hosting such a memorable time for us.

We have stayed at this location before while we are in the area visiting family. Obviously, we enjoy this place & look forward to being able to return in the future!

Accommodations were as described. Good location if you want to stay outside of the city. Close enough to get to Traverse City in 10 minutes (approximately). On the golf course but not in the main resort facilities. Building had front door security and condo had its own separate security.

Jacqueline’s unit was just like the pictures- clean, recently remodeled, and equipped with everything a single traveler or couple would want. The location is a perfect starting point to explore the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, hiking, biking, golfing at Sugarloaf, vineyards, Art’s Tavern, M22 Market, 7 Beans, Knot a Bar and more in the villages of Glen Arbor, Cedar, Leland, and Suttons Bay. The golf course view from the unit is lovely and if you walk or drive a little farther, there’s Lake Michigan.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was in the perfect location, quiet, beautiful, and loved that we could walk right to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great stay! Perfect location for spending time at the beach, hiking, and enjoying the town of Glen Arbor. The place is exactly as described and shown in photos. We would return.

My wife Beverly and I enjoyed a 5-Day 5-Star getaway to Dan’s condo in Suttons Bay. First, Suttons Bay is a quaint and picturesque town on the crystal blue waters of Suttons Bay, and Dan’s condo offers the best of both worlds because the place is on the waterfront and also a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved Dan’s condo! The nautical theming was charming, the interior space comfortable and immaculate, and we loved to sit on the Adirondack chairs on the large patio with magnificent waterfront views of Suttons Bay and the Marina. The outdoor heaters made chilly evenings and early mornings quite cozy. When you stay for 5-Days, you can usually expect a disappointment or problem, but our 5-Day stay went perfectly, no disappointments and no problems…just a wonderful getaway! Thanks Dan for your hospitality!

We actually would have paid more because it was very clean, easy to find, directions were right on. I would have loved to have sat out on that little patio but it was too cold. Great birthday weekend! Happy we found Barry's place.

What a special space in Suttons Bay. So close to the beach and town right outside the door! Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. We loved it. Highly recommend!
