A beautiful condo overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and clean. The amenities were great and as described. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you , Peidi!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

We were here for one night, passing through Raleigh and needed a place to get laundry done. The place was exactly as listed. Cozy and comfortable. Got laundry done, a good nights sleep, used the microwave to heat up leftovers for breakfast. We did have to call the host one time because we couldn’t get the TV remote to work. She was responsive and connected us w the owner (who is living in the main house upstairs) and got it figured out. Overall, it was a good stay.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Great stay! Super close to everything within town so able to walk to all the nearby spots! Building success was super easy with keypad locks. Laundry was very convenient and the house was very quiet the entire time we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

Amy and her husband Weibe were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for 2 weeeks of cycling in North Carolina. The dogs 🐕, cats 🐈 and horses 🐎 were great and always there to greet us ... of course feeding them helped them warm up to us.

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

We were in town for wedding festivities at two different venues near by. The house was lovely. Plenty of room for all. The twin bedroom doesn’t have a closet to utilize but we made it work by storing items in other rooms. We knew going in that this was primarily a kids room But my husband and I were happy to use this space and let others have the larger bedrooms. There are plenty of towels and even ones provided for the hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. Don’t sleep on the recommendation of visiting Ray’s supermarket on the corner. It has the necessities and also had a nice selection of meats. We even purchased homemade sausage to bring back home! Owners are a pleasure to work with! The home was perfect accommodations for friends to come together and visit while celebrating a wedding. 10/10 recommend!

My birthday stay to be near our grandchildren was absolutely perfect ! The tranquil outdoor area near all the farm animals & rose garden was just what we needed! The grandkids visited and feed the goats while we sat around the fire pit! What an awesome experience .. totally peaceful! The guest house had everything we needed, just like home🩷We’d definitely recommend staying here. Just minutes away from restaurants & shopping . We especially enjoyed exploring all the beautiful nature at Raven Rock, just a few minutes away! What a peaceful stay & we can’t wait to visit again!!

This was the perfect location for the weekend that we stayed. We had a wedding to go to in the area and this house was perfect for the stay as well as close to the venue!

The cottage on Cedar Lake near Sanford is a perfect spot for peace, quiet, and relaxation. The place is well appointed and clean. Beds were comfortable, which is one of the most important things for aging people when traveling.

Kandice was a super hostess, and was extremely responsive when we had self induced problem with access to the home. The location was convenient to everything we needed during our stay. Thanks Kandice.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This location was less than 2 miles from my family's home which was perfect for us. One of the few times I didn't need any assistance for absolutely anything. Clear communication on the app and in the home as well. I don't travel to NC much but I would absolutely stay here again. Would recommend to any and all! Thanks Crystal!!!

This condo was right on a beautiful golf course. Had balcony. It was right down the road from Pinehurst Golf and the Carolina Hotel. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and other bathroom amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, ice trays, etc. Nice living room, dining room, bedrooms. We had just come from staying at a beachfront condo in Pensacola and this condo was much more user-friendly and had more amenities. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We have stayed at Barbra's place several times and always find it great. Barbra is very responsive and the place is clean and well located for our golf tournaments. Plenty of room to stretch out in a couple of large recliner chairs. Nice location on a golf course. Everything worked fine and the pantry was well stocked with incidentals. We have stayed in the area multiple times and this is our choice to return to each year.

We would definitely stay again when in the area. The Suite Spot is so welcoming, cozy and relaxing. Local dining we enjoyed included authentic italian take-out from “Vito’s Pizzeria” while watching a Netflix movie, home cooked breakfast at the nearby “Track Restaurant”, contemporary late night choices from “Carolina Vista Lounge” and a BBQ lunch stop at “Pik N Pig” on our leave out of town. The Suite Spot is a great location for a fabulous getaway! 5-STAR all the way!

Been going to Pinehurst for years. Came in a night early this time and stayed at Eki's condo. Hotel shuttles make it very accessible. 15 minute walk to the Carolina. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have as well. Highly recommend for 1/2 people.

Amazing stay! Barbara was very responsive, kind, and cared how my stay was at her condo. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely place. Clean. Safe. Beautiful setting over looking golf course. Very nice area. Quiet. Perfect for our needs but would be amazing for a group of golfers. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Convenient to golf courses and very near the Harness Track and Track restaurant. Would happily visit again.
