The host is incredibly responsive. It was a great location, easy to find and had a great walking path near it. The greenway walking paths are close and beautiful. The place was beautiful and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Great place, walk out to broad st, downtown southern pines and enjoy the amazing place and all it has to offer.

I was staying at Paulina's airbnb for a weekend course. It was a six hour drive to Southern Pines, and arriving at the studio felt like arriving home -- it was tidy, cozy-looking, and felt like Paulina thought of everything you could possibly need. Snacks in the kitchen for an afternoon arrival, the bed made with a blanket on top, cutlery and placeware if you wanted to eat in, and shower products available to use in the bathroom. Lighting was good, the electric stove in the fireplace is a nice touch, and a TV that swivels so you can watch from the bed or the love seat. It feels like the type of place that your family or friend has prepared for you, and it's guaranteed to be a really sweet stay. Also, it's close to stores for picking up groceries, restaurants for eating out or grabbing take away, and outdoor areas to take a walk or enjoy live music. Nothing but praises for this place. :)

Once again, Shelley and Peter were amazing hosts for our time in NC for the Dreamville festival. They will be my default place anytime I am in Raleigh/Cary. They were nothing but helpful and super responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb itself has everything you could ever need. Go with Shelley and Peter!

My 2nd stay went just as well as the first. Alese is super sweet & she makes you feel comfortable that if you need anything you can feel free to contact her! Beautiful surroundings as well. Will be visiting again sometime soon for the 3rd time!

The home was just what was pictured. The backyard was great. We were only there one night so didn’t get to use the hot tub and other amenities. Plenty of beds for people to sleep and lots of floor room. Beds were super comfortable. There is no bathtubs in the house which was hard for the small children we had but we made due. The traffic on the street was very loud the night we stayed but the host can’t help that. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The kitchen and bathroom were very cute and nice. The back yard is very nice. A wonderful place to stay!

Marilyn’s place was beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family wedding and this house was close to the venue and downtown shops. Marilyn was friendly and responded quickly to questions. Great little weekend getaway for us and we loved our stay!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would—it far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The entire space was spotless, the furniture was in excellent condition, and the décor was both tasteful and inviting. Crystal has thoughtfully equipped her home with everything a traveler might need, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The location was also ideal, with several stores just a short 5–10 minute drive away. If we find ourselves visiting North Carolina again, we will definitely be booking this property without hesitation. Lilia was an amazing host. We've stayed in 4 or 5 condos in Pinehurst and Lilia's was by far the most spacious and homey of all. It's a 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs, which we've never seen before and really appreciated. Most Pinehurst condos are on a single floor, so someone else is either staying above or below you, and any upstairs-only condo requires lugging sets of golf clubs up and down the stairs daily, which can be a hassle and annoying to neighbors. Lilia's condo has 2 assigned parking spots in front so you can drive up and move clubs, luggage, groceries, etc. inside easily. My 76 year old mother stayed with us. Walking up the stairs not a problem for her. The kitchen is huge for a Phurst condo. Living area was nice and comfortable. The patio is sail shade covered, turf floored, private and quiet. I snuck in a couple of glorious naps out there. The condo residents are a mixture of owners who live year round. as well as other AirBnb's. We never noticed neighbors while indoor

I came to Pinehurst for a triathlon and this was the perfect place to stay. The host was kind enough to give me a last minute late check out to make my race day even easier. Wonderful stay!

Very close to the Pinehurst clubhouse and the Cradle and the village in general. We walked to dinner every night. The neighbors were delightful!

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

Been going to Pinehurst for years. Came in a night early this time and stayed at Eki's condo. Hotel shuttles make it very accessible. 15 minute walk to the Carolina. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have as well. Highly recommend for 1/2 people.

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

This place was great for our short golf trip. Walking distance to the putting green and driving range as well as the Pro Shop.

Clean Airbnb, felt comfortable and host was helpful. Would recommend / come back!
