Very nice place I enjoyed my stay I would recommend this place to stay at when in Tupelo ms

My wife and I along with another couple stayed at Mimi’s Place for the New Year’s Holiday. From the beginning, the host, Leslie, was extremely helpful and responsive, answering our questions and giving information. Leslie sent us the door code the morning of our stay and self-check-in was a breeze. We got there, the home was better than advertised; such a warm, homey feel and beautifully decorated. She left us a handwritten note, the home’s Welcome Guide, crisp apples and even made sure the ice and water in the Brita were fresh. All the amenities were as described, some even better. Leslie contacted us after her last guest had reported an issue with the home’s water pressure to let us know that she was having it addressed as quickly as possible. Once we got there, we had absolutely no issues. I give Leslie Mart and Mimi’s Place an all-around 5-STAR PLUS. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great home, Great host, Great value. I will certainly stay here again.

My stay was wonderful, the home was unique and so cuteee (huge fan of black and pink). I’ve never been to Mississippi and I felt safe and comfortable. It was a chilly weekend, but the shower stayed nice and hot and the heat was great, especially considering it’s a older home. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you 🖤 🤘🏽 🎸

The house was very nice. Everything was in driving distance. I recommend this house if you are in the Tupelo area.

Imperfectly perfect for me! Very homey! I fell asleep quickly. If you’re not used to the country drive, or living in the country, it may throw you, but I found the place to be just what I needed for 2 nights. Overall, clean, great immensities and extras. It’s like being at gramma’s house. The house is older but very accommodating. Easy to get around and drive into the nearby shopping areas and restaurants. I loved it.

We were in Tupelo unexpectedly for my brother-in-law’s funeral, he was a truly amazing man. Finding April’s place at the last minute felt like a gift from God. Her home was incredibly welcoming and spotless, with thoughtful touches like chocolates and chips waiting for us. The neighborhood felt very safe; with charming coffee shops within walking distance—which we definitely enjoyed. Did I mention there's a two-story antique store just three or four doors down? I spent some money there—it’s filled with beautiful, quality pieces, not junk! If I ever return to Tupelo, I will absolutely stay at April’s again. It’s worth every penny for the comfort and peace it brings. Thank you so much, April!

Everything was great. Place was clean and looked exactly like pictures. There was a small issue the first night we stayed with the AC but was fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend

Isiah and Erika were excellent host. Very responsive when I had questions and always helpful. Was a great place to stay at. Neighborhood was quiet.

Patrick’s place is perfect for 2 couples. Location is secure and convenient to attractions in Tupelo, plus only about 50 minutes from Oxford.

Patrick's place was great! Laundry is less than a block, good restuarants near. We were able to take walks regularly. Seems to me it was in the middle of town, close to everything you would need! We were there for a couple of months. No complaints! Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at John’s place while I worked night shift at North Mississippi Medical Center. I slept during the day, and typically, I like it completely dark, but the bedside table lights just made it seem so comforting so I kept them on. The size of the place was perfect for what I needed. John was there if I needed him, but the place provided everything. You can’t beat the price! I hope to stay here again when I come back to work if it’s available.

Annie was so kind and communicative! We arrived very late after a college football game, and she was fine with that and even left lights on for us since she knew we would be coming in late. We will definitely try to book her place again if we come back to Mississippi!! We Georgia folks appreciated the hospitality! :)

Everything about the Cozy Cottage was just as Annie described. Private, peaceful surroundings. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of seating. We were there for a wedding and used this as our family’s clean-up space after decorating on Friday and Saturday before the wedding. Our only complaint which is no fault of Annie is that the GPS directions took us to a different location after we passed the correct one. It’s really so easy once you find the right road. My suggestion to Annie is get a larger sign out on Mount Pleasant road to replace what you have there. We will come again if we need a place in/around Tupelo. Thanks again for being a great host Annie!
