The premises are good for the price, nice for a weekend and or vacation getaway

Nice and quiet converted motel. Kind of hard to sleep in because the sun comes up through the tinted windows but cost less than the other hotels in the area.

Great location, close to 47th st with various food and entertainment choices. Loved the heated pool and back channel sitting area was beautiful.

This place is fantastic if you want to travel to Sanibel Island and Captiva. The place is more like a condo than a hotel room. We had two queen beds in a separate room, a small living room with sofas, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. We were traveling with our large dog (~70lbs) so we were worried that a hotel room would be too small. This place ended up perfect. There are tons of great eateries within a 15-30 minute drive, and the attractions are also pretty drivable.

The room was clean and had enough kitchen items for us to eat in our room. The bed was very very firm. I will happily stay at this facility again and found it to be a good value. The pool was clean and heated. We can’t believe we swam outside in early February.

I was traveling with my brother so we opted for 1 king, 1 queen bedroom. What we didn't know until we got there was it was actually two bedrooms, separated by a bath and kitchenette. It was perfect, clean linens, soft beds and a super cute outdoor area. There were bikes and paddle boards for us to enjoy free of charge. Wish we could've stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities. I will stay here again.

Awesome stay and the manatee visit was a bonus!!

Very accommodating! Enjoyed the kayaks, bikes and fire tables. Other families fished and enjoyed the same amenities. The outdoor area by the pool was amazing and the breakfast area was a nice touch!

Was perfect! Loved the space, dog friendly, great communication, and wonderful location!
