Over all amazing experience!! Very relaxing and helps you enter a peaceful state of mind. The villa was comforting and clean. The hot tub is mostly private and no one there but when there the people in the neighborhood are lovely and give you plenty of recommendations locally. I highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway!!

A lovely house in East Haddam, truly room enough for 14 people. The amenities were just perfect for our extended family of young to older adult from a small room with board games, to the "game room" which included an area to lounge and watch others play pool or arcade style games if you didn't feel like joining in, to the hot tub for a quiet evening dip. During our stay there was a small hitch which Sean and Deb responded to immediately, and was sorted in a very short time. I definitely plan to stay again.

We loved our stay. Very clean, professionally decorated, quiet and comfortable. There are only a few steps to navigate in the home, so that was a plus for our group as well. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you!

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Thanks for sharing your home with us !!

Had a wonderful stay! It was so cute and cozy and just what we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. My daughter and I had a great mix of fun at local wineries, concert and dancing at Mohegan Sun just minutes away and a wonderful relaxing time at the spa just a short walk away. We also took a trip to Mystic for some shopping and a great dinner and still managed to have some nice wind down time in front of the fire watching a comedy on Netflix. The condo had everything we needed as well as great touches of snacks and coffee plus all sorts of creamers. Would definitely come back again!!!

Luigi’s greenport home was beautiful! We stayed for my mom’s 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was clean and very comfortable. It is walkable to all the village has to offer. Would stay here again!

This was one of the greatest Airbnb stays I have had! This house of very continent do the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella for you so you don’t need to pack them. Also there are so many great beaches near by to pick from. This house is beautiful and was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. We all highly recommend this place and all want to make it our new yearly tradition to stay here!

We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

Great location and comfortable beds. We enjoyed having coffee next to the lake. Josh was very responsive when we had a question. All around great stay.
