Für uns als Familie mit 3 Kids war diese Wohnung perfekt - der Ausblick zum Petersdom unbeschreiblich eindrücklich. Die Terrasse war klein aber für ein Apero super. Die Küche praktisch eingerichtet für Pasta zu kochen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es hat in der Nähe viele gute Restaurants, Cafés und Gelaterias. Gabrielle ist super schnell im antworten und ihre Tipps sehr hilfreich. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unsere Unterkunft in Rom wünschen können, herzlichsten Dank liebe Gabrielle für alles.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado perto da praça do fiori, e com uma caminhada curta de trastevere. O checkin foi muito fácil e michele é muito atencioso. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, algumas escadas, o que é bem comum em Roma. Foi tudo ótimo!

Edoardoさんは、遅い時間にも関わらず私たちを出迎えてくれて、設備の使い方を教えてくれたり、翌日のレストランの予約をしてくれたり、とても親切に対応してくれました。部屋は清潔で、必要な物が揃っていて、洗濯機と乾燥機も使えました。私たちの初めてのローマ旅行は、Edoardoさんのおかげでとても良いものになりました。ありがとうございました！

A wonderful, up to date home. A great location with many sights and restaurants in a walkable distance. The ONLY ding to a great location is the people and street noise. A busy day visiting Rome and a pair of disposable earplugs will fetch you to sleep.

Giardino stupendo, ralizzato interamente dal proprietario che dimostra un innato senso del bello... Consiglio l'olio di loro produzione... Per l'estate dovrebbero aggiungere la piscina... e a quel punto si raggiungerà la perfezione...

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and close to the Metro. We dined at different restaurants every night and all were within walking distance. We walked to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica and other tourist spots were easy to get to with the Metro. We arrived in the morning and Carla, the host, was there to greet us and let us keep our luggage there as the place was being readied. We wanted a place where it was convenient to get around and we were not disappointed.

If you're looking for great location to visit Rome - this is IT! its a great place to walk around, minutes from many things. lot's of shops and restaurants. while the apartment is on a quiet street with a nice little supermarket and restaurant below it. It's a real apartment - with two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms! and living room and kitchen. Maurizio was very friendly and responsive. I had a great time there. My only comment is that the place could use some fresh paint and maybe a refreshing design to really be a phenomenal Airbnb. Overall its recommended. Enjoy

Antonello was extremely communicative, kind and helpful. He met us for check in with a bottle of wine, and provided some good recommendations for food and drinks. His apartment was such a great location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. (Great especially for those interested in spending time at the Vatican. Was a quick and easy walk there)

Andrea’s place is wonderful! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and really quiet. Lots of great amenities are added. It’s in a fantastic location, walkable to the historic sites of Rome. Andrea and staff are really helpful. Highest recommendations!! 5*

Всё прошло отлично! Жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственное жилье находится на первом этаже (он же последний этаж в этом здании),дверь и окно это входная группа у квартиры, на кухне есть диванчик и там будет очень светло утром и может быть шумно от проходящих мимо людей, имейте это ввиду. Не хватает тапочек, очень холодные полы, также неплохо, чтобы были подушки на выбор, текущие были очень высокие и ребенку или человеку с больной шеей такие могут не подойти. В целом все отлично, очень отзывчивые хозяева, неплохой район.

Jacopo’s apartment is nice, modern and has all the amenities needed while on vacation. Transportation is close by we walked to take the tram but mostly used a taxi. There is a supermarket close by. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the neighborhood as we had planned some tours. We appreciated Jacopo’s suggestions, he really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Jacopo for all your kindness we hope to be back again.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! La posizione era perfetta. Claudio è stato super disponibil. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Appartamento molto grazioso e pulito, ideale per le famiglie con bambini. Completamente attrezzato, in un contesto molto silenzioso. Posizione ottimale, a pochi passi dal Colosseo e non lontano dal quartiere Monti. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

Dieses Airbnb ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren zu fünft in Alvises Wohnung untergebracht und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da die Wohnung nicht weit von Roma Termini entfernt ist. Das Kolosseum ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und man hat in der Umgebung viele schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt und so konnten wir alles zu Fuß erledigen und waren nicht abhängig von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Zimmer sind alle sehr großzügig gestaltet. Wir würden dieses Airbnb immer wieder buchen! Vielen Dank Alvise!

Leuk appartement dichtbij Termini station. Livia is een super gastvrouw. Ze heeft veel goede aanbevelingen en reageerde altijd onmiddellijk op onze berichten. Veel handige zaken aanwezig in het appartement zoals paraplu's waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Een elektrische koffiezet hebben wij wel gemist maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. Het appartement is heel proper en het ruikt er lekker. Goeie bedden. Prijs/kwaliteit is dit een correct appartement.

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Absolutely beautiful apartment (my god the amazing bathrooms!) in a perfect location, central and walkable to so many amazing sights not just the spectacular Colosseum. Anna Maria was a wonderful and helpful host and we will definitely stay again the next time we visit beautiful Rome.

Stefano’s apartment was great and worked out great for my family. Building was great apartment is clean and very nice worked out great. Location is excellent. We will definitely stay again there when we are in Rome!!
