Thanks for having us Cristina! Great and luxurious place. Very responsive host that sends really helpful video instructions and local recommendations up front. She cleaned the home a day earlier than usual, so we could check in early morning (in stead of 14:00). Also reached out to us half way our stay to ask if we needed anything. Would recommend!

We had a great 2-night stay at Nicola’s place in Rome! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the unit was clean with modern amenities. The sauna was a great bonus after a long day of sightseeing. Nicola was kind, communicative, and very helpful. We’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rome!

Wonderful stay with flawless communication. The apartment is exactly as pictured and in a great location—easy to get to everything. We were able to check-in earlier for an additional charge and the team quickly communicated if we asked any questions. They were even helpful helping us get to the airport at 4:45AM! Thanks for having us.

Niccolo was an amazing host and answered all our questions and gave us many excellent recommendations. His flat is perfect and has everything you need. He even gave us a small welcome basket which was very kind of him. The flat is very clean and modern. It is on the second floor of a walk up building and the flat can get a bit noisy at night because it is in the heart of Trastevere but this did not bother us. Overall I would recommend this flat to anyone coming to Rome.

Marta’s place was incredible, perfect location in the heart of Rome. The house had everything we needed and more was perfect for my family of 4. Noise at night can tough for light sleepers but it wasn’t that bad. Marta was very responsive and helpful, truly thank her for her amazing place. -Chris Boucher

Wir waren mit dem Gastgeber und der Wohnung rundum zufrieden. Alles sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern – sauber, stilvoll und einladend. Die Lage ist, wie beschrieben, hervorragend. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Er hat sich regelmässig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war stets hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen – insgesamt eine glatte 10 von 10!

Casale al lago è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, immerso nella campagna orvietana con un panorama mozzafiato che invita a concentrarsi sul momento presente, a godere della bellezza che lo circonda e a rilassare la mente. Tiziano e Claudia che ci hanno accolto si sono dimostrati due persone davvero fantastiche, cordiali e gentili. extra consigliatissimi i prodotti come salumi e uova di Tiziano, che ci hanno permesso di fare una colazione da campioni!!!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

The condo was beautiful and had all of the regular needs like wine glasses, shampoo and lots of towels! The bedroom was fantastic. The room was dark and quiet and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in months! Paolo was provided great recommendations and was responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here! Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Stefano provides services beyond expectation. Unfortunately, my last stay my daughter get sick (not because the accomodation). Stefano helps me with getting the doctor which other will not do it.

We stayed a few days at the end of october. We loved the appartment. It is as written and showed in the photo's. You can stay there and enjoy the magnificent view, the lovely appartment and the spaces outside. There are also a lot of places around that you can visit. Information you will find in the information pack. Christina provided the appartment with a lot of little attentions; prepared hearth, candles, nice soaps and bath towels, olive oil from own property, .... Christina herself is a very pleasant person to meet and the contact with her went easy and smooth. Relaxing place.

Luca si è dimostrato un host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, sin dal nostro primo contatto via Airbnb dove ha accettato i nostri due cani; inoltre ci ha saputo consigliare un ristorante a Capodimonte dove abbiamo potuto mangiare delle alternative vegane. L'alloggio è delizioso, si nota la cura nei particolari, nell'offerta dell'ampia colazione e nella pulizia. In pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la cittadina ed altri luoghi da visitare tutto intorno al Lago. Sicuramente torneremo con la bella stagione!

Casa Martin è ottima per passare il proprio tempo fuori dal caos cittadino.... Immersa nel verde, distante dalle strade urbane e quindi con totale assenza di rumori esterni, con ampio spazio verde intorno alla casa e una fantastica vista sul gran sasso e tutta la zona alle sue pendici. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone per quattro giorni come fossimo a casa nostra, cucina spaziosa completa di tutto dal forno alla lavastoviglie, i riscaldamenti super funzionanti non hanno fatto percepire il freddo esterno. Il proprietario ci ha inviato tutto quel che c'era da sapere sulla casa e su come gestirla con un pratico pdf che spiegava tutto, anche come arrivare alla casa stessa.. Ottima Esperienza... La consiglio!

Abbiamo passato due notti con la classe del liceo per festeggiare i 100 giorni dall'esame di maturità. Posto super tranquillo, trovato facilmente (giusto complessa un po' la salita per arrivare) e immerso in una splendida natura. Tutto era pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene da Alfredo, che è stato sempre molto disponibile. Vista la posizione, nel mezzo della campagna e distante circa 15 minuti dal paese più vicino, è un'esperienza consigliatissima per gruppi di amici che vogliono prendersi qualche giorno di relax. Camere da letto semplici e belle, una spa molto carina e una vasca esterna rendono l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Bellissima la cucina situata sotto i casali dedicati alle camere, dove ci sono 2 tavoli all'esterno e uno all'interno che permettono di mangiare tutti assieme. Nel complesso la pulizia generale, le attività da poter fare e la serenità hanno fatto volare questi giorni, rendendo questa esperienza meravigliosa!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Consigliamo vivamente la tenuta di Peter, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. La casa è dotata di tutti I comfort ed è circondata da meravigliosi giardini e laghetti.

Il Casale di Vulci è una Villa con tutti i comfort, ottimamente attrezzata e con un'area esterna meravigliosamente curata in ogni dettaglio. Le due piscine, una con acqua termale, completano le dotazioni eccezionali come palestra e sauna. Oltre a questo, gli host sono estremamente professionali ed incredibilmente gentili. Una delle migliori esperienze in villa che abbia mai fatto. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo stati benissimo, Francesca e sestina sono state molto disponibili e cortesi. La casa è accogliente, pulita, ordinata e dispone di due balconi che abbiamo sfruttato molto. La lasciamo con rammarico.

Posto molto bello casa fantastica e il confort al top...di sicuro nn ci si annoia e Stefano e famiglia fantastici....ci tornerò molto volentieri
