Stefano a jeho ubytování je na vysoké úrovni, čisté,vybavene, cítili jsme se jako doma.Hostitel milý, vstřícný, empatický a jeho chování je nad rámec spokojenosti, informace o Římě, zajištěno taxi,tipy na výlety, restaurace a kavárny nad rámec očekávání.Jsme velice spokojeni a toto ubytování se svým hostitelem,bych doporučila každému,kdo se chce ubytovat v centru Říma,vše dostupné kolem v řádu cca 30 min.autobusy a další hromadná doprava za památkami.Náš pobyt se tak stal krásným a nezapomenutelným zážitkem .

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome! in the middle of a lively and beautiful neighbourhood, full with places to eat and drink. All the main central spots are within a walking distance. Everything was as described, and a very kind and wellcoming host! Thank you, Germana! We really enjoed our stay!

Piero has restored my faith in AirBnB. This is what it used to be like. Unique place, responsive host, clear local recommendations, clean, not a bunch of instructions and rules. Piero's place has a beautiful view. I'd absolutely recommend it to couples that want to detach from the world for a bit. But you could also digital nomad out of the place, because the wifi was fast. I've had so many bad AirBnB experiences in Italy: wifi problems, ineffective heating and cooling, weird check-in procedure. I had NONE of that with Piero. It was truly perfect. I'd return, and probably stay a few more days on my next visit. There is a lot to do in the area, and I didn't do enough. P.S. Piero was away on holiday, and yet managed to help us with dinner reservations. Seriously. It is rustic, so expect that there will be bugs around. You should probably like nature. But it is comfortable and clean.

Paco ist ein sehr freundlicher pro-aktiver Gastgeber, der im Vorfeld schon eine Wegbeschreibung und die Buslinie verraten hat und immer wissen wollte ob alles gut geklappt hat und uns mit nützlichen Tipps und Tricks zur Seite stand. Die Schlüssel-Übergabe geschah ohne Probleme durch Monica , seine sehr freundliche Mutter, die im selben Haus wohnt. Wir haben die Tage in Rom sehr genossen, da wir uns in der sehr gemütlichen Dachgeschosswohnung mit eigener Terrasse wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Auch bei Regentagen kommt immer Rom immer mal ein bisschen Sonne. Danke dass wir in dieser besonderen Umgebung unseren Rom Urlaub verbringen durften.

We loved staying here for a few days! Great location with easy access to the city, but still in a quiet neighborhood area that did not feel touristy. Tommaso was extremely communicative and flexible with check in. The space was comfortable for two -- the sofa bed was large and very comfortable. Although we were only there for a short time, would also be functional for a longer stay, with a full kitchen and a laundry machine. Would stay here again!

Maddalena was wonderful! Super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a pretty long stay in the flat and felt very safe. The flat was comfortable and on the first floor but the windows are higher off of the ground so it’s like you are on a second story but with less stairs. The double gates in the courtyard made me feel extremely safe and that was a huge plus when traveling. The espresso machine has a little learning curve but worked well! We were comfortable and felt right at home during our stay!

다리아의 숙소에서 지내면서 그녀의 친절함에 감동받았습니다🥹💚 일단 숙소가 엄청나게 좋습니다. 그리고 또 너무나도 깨끗하고, 유럽여행을 하면서 숙소 컨디션이 제일 좋은 곳이라 생각할만큼 한인민박이나 호텔보다도 깔끔하고 좋은 숙소입니다! 짐리프트가 따로 있지만, 저희가 숙소생활을 할때에 망가져서 엄청나게 무거운 저희의 캐리어를ㅠㅠ 다리아가 대신 들어서 옮겨주었습니다🥹❤️‍🔥 28인치와 26인치.. 27kg과 23kg + 캐리어 보조가방 2개인데 5층인 숙소까지 계단으로 직!접! 체크인 전에 짐을 옮겨주셨고, 숙소에 대한 설명과 한국인들 맞춤 설명서까지 작성되어서 숙소에 있었습니다.!!! +@@ 다이슨도 있어요!!! 부활절에 도착한 저희를 위해 초콜릿 선물과 냉장고에 있는 물, 콜라, 맥주, 초콜릿 등 모든 것을 웰컴이라고 주셨고😊 일찍 짐을 맡기게 되었을때도 직접 나오셔서 엄청나게 예쁜 미소와 친절함으로 무장한 다리아가 짐을 맡아주며 물 한병과 밥을 먹지않아 배고플 저희를 위해 밥집도 추천해주셨습니다❤️❤️ 체크아웃시에는 비행기때문에 새벽 2시에 체크아웃을 하게 되었는데.. 그쯤 같이 나오셔서 체크카웃 도와주시고ㅠ 짐도 다 옮겨주시고ㅠ 택시도 우버 불렀냐고 확인하며 기사님이 올때까지 함께 기다려주셨습니다😭💛 로마에 다시 한 번 가게된다면 꼭!! 이곳을 다시 방문하고 싶습니다! 친구들에게도 널리 퍼뜨려서 이 숙소를 알리고싶어요!!! 저희에게 좋은 숙소와 좋은 기억을 남겨주신 다리아와 삼촌분께 감사드립니다😊 두 분이 언제나 건강하고 행복한 일들만 가득하셨으면 좋겠어요! Pobyt w mieszkaniu przebiegł bardzo dobrze, chętnie wrócę tam z powrotem. Lokalizacja mieszkania jest dobra. Nieco oddalone od centrum miejsce, spokojne i ciche. Przystanki autobusowe do centrum ok. 10 minut drogi od domu, stacja metra Piramide ok. 15 minut spacerem. Przejazd do centrum zajmuje 20 minut autobusem i 5 minut - metrem. Wygodny dojazd z lotniska Ciampino. W okolicy są 2 supermarkety, sklep z owocami i warzywami, i parę lokalnych lokali gastronomicznych. Mieszkanie było takie, jak na zdjęciach i w opisie. Czyste, schludne, nowoczesne. Największe wrażenie robi bardzo duży taras z dwoma wygodnymi fotelami stolikami itd. Sam budynek, w którym znajduje się mieszkanie jest nowoczesne, monitorowane, spokojne i bezpieczne. Dostępna jest winda. Kontakt z gospodarzem był nienaganny. Maria była uprzejma, pomocna i szybka w odpowiedziach. Zostały mi przekazane jasne instrukcje co do zameldowania, łącznie z dostępem do wygodnej aplikacji do cyfrowych kluczy. Serdecznie polecam!

Great spot for the touristy things and convenient restaurants and shops!

This spot is beautiful, easily the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The street is wonderfully quiet and near some of the best restaurants and sites to see. I highly recommend, 11/10!!!

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement d’Alessandro. Il est parfaitement placé, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, dans une rue calme. L’appartement est propre, la literie confortable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut en équipement. Alessandro est très réactif, accueillant et soucieux que tout se passe bien. C’était super ! Rome est une ville incroyable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super cool, eclectic, amazingly peaceful apartment in the heart of Rome by the Piazza Navona. Walking distance from all the main sights and with loads of great restaurants, bars and small supermarket nearby. Something to note is that the bedrooms are up steep steps and as we were travelling with my elderly Mum this could have been a problem but Marco immediately noted this and kindly provided us with more bedding so my Mum could sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. Marco was always quick to respond and really helpful and friendly when we checked in. We loved our stay, thank you Mr Bufalo! 🐃

We loved this apartment! It was perfect size for two adults and included all the necessary amenities. It had a nice terrace to enjoy with good weather. The location is perfect, just a very short walk to the Spanish Steps and down the hill from Villa Borghese. If you like to shop, there are plenty of stores nearby, from luxury & designer brands to everyday offerings. There are plenty of quality restaurants as well. Erida was very responsive to our questions and provided lots of recommendations.

This was probably one of my favorite Airbnbs to date. We stayed here for our first trip to Rome and are so glad we did. Trastevere is such a wonderful area within the city and the space is walkable to many restaurants and things to do, but was also very quiet at night. The space is very thoughtfully laid out and efficient. We loved it.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !

Ho trascorso qualche giorno splendido nel loft del Sig. Angelo a Carbognano. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godere dell'atmosfera autentica del borgo. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni e Angelo è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante in un contesto unico!
