A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è in pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle indicazioni di Erik. Pulizia, cortesia ed accoglienza top (siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa del traffico ma la mamma di Erik ci ha accolti con il sorriso). Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, fornito di tutto il necessario, e anche di molti extra.

En réalité mieux que sur les photos. Logement sécurisé. Ascenseur. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, avec machine à laver et étendoir à linge. Avec 3 enfants, vaut la peine d'être mi en avant !

Alessandra was a fantastic host, very kind and responsive, she gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and even booked a taxi for us! The apartment was lovely, exactly like the pictures just walking distance to the Colosseum 🥰 The location was amazing, you can get transportation basically everywhere and lots of nice restaurants around too! We loved our stay there and we will be back! 🙏🏻 Thank you Alessandra for your hospitality!💖

Appartement situé très proche du centre historique et de ces monuments, station de métro Bologna située à 10mn à pied et bus 61 passant juste en bas de l'immeuble. Quartier vivant avec de nombreux commerces et magasins alentours. Bel appartement situé au dernier étage avec une belle vue dégagée et bien équipé. Andrea est très aidant et très réactif si vous avez des questions.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

I had a cosy stay at Mapy's place. It was a good spot to work remotely with my laptop from the terrace, then cycle in the pine forest and visit the beach. The place is small and compact but it was fine for one person. Mapy was attentive and friendly, she gave me some good tips for the local area.

Stylish apartment, close to all the amenities. My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night but Luca was very accommodating. A great place to stay in Rome :)

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Well placed for exploring tivoli, Hadrian’s villa and Rome. The street parking is limited and it is a busy road that is difficult to turn round on

Como la descripción, lindo, es un edificio residencial, el lugar tranquilo en general. llegamos antes del check-in por el transporte y Pietro no tuvo inconveniente de que alojarnos hasta que realizaban la limpieza, fue muy amable.

These hosts were fantastic and incredibly helpful! Everything was well organized; the house itself is very cozy and spacious for two people, and it is clean and tidy. The hosts offered us advice on matters even beyond the house. When we sought their guidance, they were remarkably responsive, for which we are very grateful! The house has everything you need, without any unnecessary items. Everything functioned properly, and we didn’t encounter any issues. The house is quite stylish and fully immerses you in the beautiful atmosphere of Ariccia! This is a superb place to stay for exploring Ariccia, nearby towns, and Rome (the train station is just a 30-minute walk through a lovely town). It's easy to reach the stunning lakes of Albano and Nemi, as well as the palace in Castel Gandolfo, all while enjoying breathtaking views along the way. Definitely recommend!

If Massimo’s place was a total dump, it would still get five stars for its location. It was right smack dab in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Five minute walk to the Colosseum, short walk to the Trevia fountains, walking distance to the Spanish steps. Once we got to Rome, we never used rapid transit once. Even if it were 10 miles away from Rome, it would still get five stars as Massimo was an outstanding host. When we arrive, the pope had just died. He contacted us and kept us informed of all the changes made due to the funeral. I know it’s not always the case, but we were allowed early access to the room which really made our vacation sweet. But of all the places we’ve been to, this one was the best we’ve ever seen. The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, spotlessly, clean, and too many upgrades to count. We felt like we are in a luxurious hotel. This place will make your vacation very comfortable and complete. We would love to come back again.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l'appartement. L’accueil a été super, et l'appartement est vraiment grand, spacieux, très bien équipé, joli et agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Si on a le sommeil sensible il faut savoir que le simple vitrage permet d'entendre les bruits de la rue (qui est peu passante) mais ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné ayant un excellent sommeil. Merci pour votre accueil!

Marco was a fantastic host who was always quick to respond. the apartment was fabulous smart TV which was very good for watching movies. The metro station is a quick 5 minute walk and only 4 stops from the Coliseum and 6 stops from Roma Terminni train station. I would definitely recommend.

Staying at this airbnb was definitely of my highlights in Rome. I felt like home, the apartment has such an incredible atmosphere and many times I really just wanted to stay in the apartment. Walking distance to supermarkets and for all sightseeings I walked max 40 minutes. Can only recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back.
