Great location and what we expected based on description and photos. Owner very responsive. Easy to check in and out. We would stay again.

Charming little house. Very clean. Great BBQ in the greater KC area, so plenty of options to choose from. Zabrina was quick to respond to my messages. If I am attending the same workshop/conference next year I will definitely check to see if the house is available.

Perfect location! Close enough to get to things downtown pretty quickly, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Jane was a great host with a very charming home. We have an older dog who needs medication several times a day so being accommodating to dogs meant everything to us and being able to bring her and her sister was a huge stress reliever. My girls loved playing in the backyard and saw lots of deer and birds. We came at the end of March, so the weather was pretty erratic - cold nights and hot days. The house is a little older, but the ac/heater work amazing! Within a few minutes the temperature was able to adjust accordingly and it made for a comfortable stay. This is definitely my new favorite spot to stay in Kansas City. Thanks for allowing us to stay, Jane! ❤️

Holly's place is set up great for a family or large group with many amenities for children and sleeping arrangements! There is a little play space on the top floor that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood does feel a bit unsafe at times with the neighboring house being boarded up and people sleeping on the porch. We didn't have any issues with them and felt they were harmless but might be something to think about when considering booking.

The home was surprising! You enter the home and it's so warm and clean and comfy. Then you turn a corner and find an absolutely beautiful lower level with a bedroom and bathroom. Every bit of the home felt comfortable and we very much appreciated our stay. We brought our dog and walked the backyard and neighborhood with him. Tiffany made it so easy to bring a pet and didnt make us feel like he wasn't welcome. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place. Pictures reflected what it actually looks like. Our expectations were exceeded and host is very flexible and attentive. We were able to get an early check in with no problem. I was even able to get my glasses shipped back to me too! 10/10 would recommend!

We visit KC twice a year to visit in-town family and with our own family size having grown in recent years, we need the extra space and quiet that hotels can't really provide. Lisa's home more than fit the criteria for space, spacious bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, etc. She was professional, responsive and timely in her communication and made the check-in and check-out straightforward. We will absolutely check her place's availability on our next planned visit.

Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Me and my Daughter stayed there for personal reasons and my daughter said she felt like she was on vacation it was well worth the stay I loved it !! If I ever need a place to stay I hope they’ll be available so Thank you Guys for having us.

I stayed in Elinor’s apartment for three months. She made it my home away from home! She was super responsive with any issue. The apartment was clean and well kept. She offers extra amenities most places don’t. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our short stay with Linda and Bill. Linda met us out front and gave us the “2-minute tour” of the apartment. It had everything we needed and they helped us with the WiFi connection. Super comfortable bed and the reclining sofa was very nice! Super host, messaged and gave us clear instructions for when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay to access the Prairie Spirit and Flint Hills trails. Ottawa is a very picturesque town to visit. The space is comfortable and clean. would stay again!

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

Great spot to stay at! It looked exactly like the pictures, and was centrally located. We’d stay there again!

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

There was a park next door with a walking trail. It was close enough to downtown that we could have walked if we had wanted to. Lawrence is a quaint town with shopping and good food. The host responded immediately to all our questions. Great place to stay.

The space was very clean and very cute! Bed was super comfortable and just all around a great experience! If we're in the area again we will definitely be booking with Victoria again.

Cute and cozy!!! This condo has amazing views of nature from the living room. This space was the perfect size and had everything I needed. Very welcoming of Kip, my Yorkie! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Lawrence for fun or business. I was able to get some work done on my computer at the well lit dining room table. Space is quiet and I appreciated the private and covered parking space since it was a rainy day.

We had a little trouble with gps finding the place but it is right on holly street and there is usually street parking available which is more convenient than the private parking but maybe a little less safe.
