Just blocks from downtown, this Main Street unit is perfect for a weekend with friends, family vacation, or a couples' getaway! We are proud owners of this 1920 building and take pride in the remodel we have done. This unit has a fun adventure theme to it. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games. Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
