This place was very nice and clean. Right on the beach. They responded very quick if you have any questions. We got there early and was able to get in the place early which they don’t have to let you in until 4 . 100% recommend. I will rent this place agin.

Andrew's place was exactly as described and a perfect place to enjoy the beach. No need to travel far. Everything is close. Don't recommend the drinks at the Tiki bar, but it's a cool place. I thought the room was bigger than looked in the pics. Thank you Andrew!!

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Logement conforme à la description. Très bien situé. Gabriel met à la disposition des locataires le linge de maison, les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, chaises de plage, parasol, raquettes de tennis, etc... Service de parking très pratique. Arrêt de Trolley juste en bas de la résidence qui permet un accès en 20 minutes au centre-ville. Service gratuit. Je recommande ce logement!

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

Great apartment in bay harbor! Great location and nice large terrace. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

J'ai passé 1 excellent séjour chez Aleksandr...toujours disponible pr répondre...on à été acceuilli par des perruches collier jaunes sur le balcon...je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour proche de la mer dans 1 quartier tranquille.

The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is 5 minutes walk, Hillsboro lighthouse 15 minutes and the water taxi stop 5 minutes. There are restaurants as close as 5 minutes and a great selection at the pier which is 20 minutes walk. The neighbourhood felt very safe and whenever we walked we were always greeted with a hello/ good morning etc. We found the property had everything that we needed to have a great time. The porch was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in there unwinding after a day out.

You cannot beat the location. Beach access behind building and easy walk to south beach restaurants and stores. The place is small yes but has all you need for brief stay - refrigerator, table, TV, stove (if need be). Plenty of towels and access to beach chairs and umbrella. I’d def stay again

The stay is a perfect place for a couple or small family looking to explore Miami Beach. The location is superb, the room was clean and comfortable, and large patio was the icing on the cake. Frost was available at a moments notice when we had questions. Hope to return soon.

This is a great place to stay. Host is great with communication and the whole stay was no hassle . No stress and made it easy to relax. I highly recommend staying here.

Incredible trip, I had while in Miami. Marie was proactive and made sure that I knew how to check in and what to do to check out. The apartment was clean, cozy and had a great view of the marina. The area is a great place to get out and walk around and eat. I had a great time laying out at the pool which also has a great view. If and when I go back I will have no problem staying in Marie's place again. Thanks, Coach Lou

Loved the unit, the views & the amenities, this was a perfect place to stay & enjoy for a couple of days.

Several stay in Miami, several different hotels and Airbnbs - after the stay @Nitishs Place I know exactly where to ask first when coming again to Miami. In short words - it was perfect. And. - in some aspects even topped our expectations. For example who would have thought that an apartment directly on ocean drive would be so quit in the night ? Anyway - we can only recommend this place. (Oh - and btw our kids were also part of the group - and liked it as well!).
