I really enjoyed my time at Connie’s. I found it cute and cozy and very relaxing. Everything I needed and then some. Located in a safe neighborhood, I felt comfortable walking at all times. There were plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance too. I would definitely stay there again while visiting friends in Sunrise.

Perfectly located cozy accommodations close to all adventure. While it was a tight squeeze for us four hikers, it worked and it was a great time .

Worth what is offered! The patio is an awesome feature, and if you wake up early enough you can spot the deer.

Place was great! Good communication with host and everything as described. Would recommend.

If you are visiting San Diego in the next few days, I highly recommend to stay here. Nice quiet place, feels just like home. Just a few minutes from downtown, which has a lot of good breakfast/restaurants, and nightlife.

Great place to stay. I was in town to visit some friends and this location was in perfect proximity to both them and the downtown area. Easy to get around, and the space was perfect for the length of my stay. Checker was responsive and extremely friendly, a great first impression of both Florida and Gainesville. Will definitely be my first choice when I return to Gainesville.

Absolutely loved this rental! The peaceful surroundings and quiet atmosphere made it a perfect escape. The backyard was the highlight, amazing sunset views every evening. Just a short drive from downtown, so we could enjoy the city without dealing with traffic! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

The room is exactly as pictured and described, even better in person, actually. Everything is updated with beautiful marble. The shower was huge, everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We didn't get a chance to walk the grounds but Wayne left a Sapodilla on the table and it was the most delicious piece of fruit I've ever eaten. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend his place to anyone!

Alona is a great host. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. She and her husband prepared ribs, potatoes, and spinach for me and my boyfriend to enjoy. She made me feel like we been knew each other. The bathroom and shower was my favorite place … We walked the neighborhood which was so peaceful and beautiful. I would highly recommend her place. So far she is the best host I have had who checked on me daily! I will be back to Alona place .

Beautiful place to stay, and such a wonderful host! The space was peaceful and well thought out, and we slept well. Edwin was so kind and even made us coffee before we checked out.

Martin and his place were great. It was larger than I expected, and the neighborhood is so convenient. I’d be happy to stay there again.

First of all - this is the MOST comfortable bed!!! Very roomy and homey feeling. Quiet neighborhood. Marty was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Garden, had breakfast there every morning! <3 Quiet neighborhood but close to grocery shops, etc. Parking in front of the house. The owners were very responsive and supportive. Would go there again!

Maricela est une hôte super attentionnée et avenante! Le logement est absolument magnifique et on s’y sent très en sécurité. La vue est très belle sur la montagne et la terrasse est vraiment bien aménagée. Nous avons adoré nous promener dans le quartier hors de la zone touristique, les gens sont super accueillants. La chambre est très confortable, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même au-delà. C’est tranquille mais bien vivant avec les coqs qui chantent le matin et le jappement des chiens des alentours (ceux de Maricela sont très calmes). Un séjour mémorable dans un endroit sublime à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage.

Great place for a quick weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to offer additional pillows or replace the pillows. There were 4 provided but all were very flat. We ended up running to Walmart to buy pillows to use the next night. Other than that, great place and would stay again.

Cute place, clean, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a short getaway. Margo is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again without hesitation.

Great place especially if you are trying to be near downtown San Diego! I actually walked from his place and back my entire stay. Would highly recommend staying here! Plus designated parking spot!

A very cute and quiet spot, tucked away from the main street and highways. Cozy, warm, and inviting. Alejandra was easily one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely book again if it’s available next time we’re in town.

Stayed a couple of nights and the place was super clean, the house was in a nice neighborhood and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless and easy check in, we got there earlier than expected and he let us check in early, his responsive rate was amazing as well. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

We enjoyed our stay. Place is squeaky clean! Smells so fresh , very helpful staff beautiful pool & super sweet balcony. 10/10 would recommend!
