Gorgeous house a short walk from beach and town! The host is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

El señor Giuseppe hizo algo muy bonito por mi papá y le estámos muy agradecidos 🙏 también el señor Nemar siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y el personal de la limpieza todos muy buenas personas y puedo decir que les doy un 100% de calificación. Fuimos muchas personas y puedo decir que la casa es muy grande y hermosa y está muy bien situada estamos a solamente unos pasos de la playa y las tiendas muy cercanas. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones inolvidables que Dios los bendiga siempre

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We just spent my 50th Bday week in this house, with 5 women total and we LOVED it! Removed just enough from town but still walkable, views for miles, clean, comfortable big beds, and a lovely pool and hot tub that work! Already planning a return. So many extras, and immediate response and help when needed. The sofas in each downstairs room are thick twin mattresses, which accommodated one woman well for the week. (And we are all tall!) and the futon in the upstairs bathroom as perfect as well. The outdoor showers are gorgeous. we made an effort to conserve water, but were never short on hot water. The coffee is single keurig pods, which we finished in 2 days, so we bought ground coffee and large filters and used a pot with a colander to make a drip ‘coffee pot’ daily. We stopped on the way there at a large grocery for wine, mixers, large food items and snacks, but the tiendas in town have groceries if needed. Restaurants were wonderful. Renting 6person electric golf cart was perfect.

The house is beautiful, great location about a 10 minute walk from the town and 3 minute golf cart ride. 2 of the bedrooms are outdoors so those rooms had a lot of noise from birds and light in the mornings. FYI, the host lives on the property and the area has a lot of school children so any music, especially on school nights, past 9pm isn’t an option. Overall great stay.

This place was absolutely stunning to stay in, the view from the bed waking up each morning was exactly what I had hoped it would be, also the pool was such a special touch. We worried about the noise from the airport as had been previously put off by reading a previous review on here, However this is absolutely not an issue, the planes were not that loud and dont come in all the time and when we did see them come in, it was quite fun to watch them land. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a special private place to retreat for a week or so. thank you so much

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

Found this Condo to be delightful. Condo is part of a bigger complex managed by someone else...not Karina. Keep that in mind. Being right next to the pool and the beach was so convenient, however the Condo management (not Karina) locked beach access at 7PM - 7AM. The nice thing is Karins's MASTER Key and if you get locked out, you can go around another door in the parking lot. I don't know what they are trying to do by locking that beach door. AC was great. Bed was comfortable. Nice sunlight into the area. Had to figure out the shower, wasn't the best but it did what I needed. The parking garage is fine but expensive, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Really in the heart of Condado and that was what I needed. Very nice place for my purpose.

o espaço deles Carlos é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos. Estava extremamente limpo e é completo, tem absolutamente TUDO. Colchao e roupas de cama e banho IMPECÁVEIS! Ate chapinha de cabelo. Carlos foi um anfitrião muito querido e respondeu rapidamente nas vezes que precisei! Se vc vai à Floripa e deseja ficar em um local lindo e tranquilo, aqui é o seu lugar. Voltarei sempre!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

l'appartement est charmant, confortable, espace optimisé, récemment et parfaitement rénové, très jolie décoration, on ne peut mieux situé. José est un hôte très attentif et arrangeant, flexibilité arrivée et départ s'il le peut. Bref, excellent séjour chez José à Ipanema.

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Pablo, for being such a great host!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

A very nice condo, centrally located. The bedrooms were fantastic—completely away from the street facade so noise free for easy sleep.

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay

GREAT location - direct access to private beach - we saw a turtle swimming our last day and spent 15 mins following it.. was so cool. Paynes beach is actually where the Catamarans stop to see the turtles and swim. Lots of really nice restaurants around too.
