This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

George è stato un host perfetto ed è stato facile comunicare con lui: consigliatissimo. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, posto in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro in auto. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ed è stato piacevole cenare in casa anche se abbiamo trovato soltanto cinque piatti e una pentola troppo piccola per sei persone.

Απο πλευράς ιδιοκτήτη φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος, εξυπηρετικοτατος. Ενα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κλιματιστικα σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά, με πάρκινγκ. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη και προϊόντα στην κουζίνα. Είχε γεμάτο το ψυγείο με νερά και αρκετά σνακ. Για το μπάνιο, γεμάτο με όλα τα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν κλπ. Μπορώ να πω καλύτερο απο οτι δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες. Ενα σπιτι με πολύ θετική ενέργεια. Σίγουρα βρηκα το σπίτι για να ξαναμεινω, οταν επιστρέψω στην Κύπρο. Συγχαρητήρια!!!

Roger was very efficient with communication, the place was beautiful looked exactly like the pictures and the scenery was really pretty and cool 10/10

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

Апартаменти були комфортні. Комунікація із хазяїном на вищому рівні. Хочу додати лише пару зауважень, не як критику, а щоб допомогти іншим майбутнім гостям скласти уявлення. Найслабша сторона помешкання- його локація. Вигдяд з тераси - на порт, вигляд зі спальних кімнат - на будівництво. Інколи заважали звуки будівельних робіт. Тому раджу звернути на це увагу родинам з дітьми, для яких потрібен денний сон. Із плюсів: одразу на паралельній вулиці безліч ресторанів, магазинів, також центр та пляж десь в 15 хв пішки. Також раджу не забути взяти із собою адаптери. Цілкове враження - прекрасий помір ціни та якості. Раджу до відвідування, якщо вище перелічені зауваження вас не лякають

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

To był bardzo miło spędzony czas. Willa jak na zdjęciach. Widok wspaniały. Okolica cicha. Blisko do morza. W domu wszytko co trzeba. Czysto i pachnąco. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce !!

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Many thanks Tasoula, and hope to see you again.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

I had 3 days in Oct here with a friend before moving to Protaras. I knew I would return in the spring if Christakis had availability. Perfect location for me, a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants plus close to the salt lakes. Very quiet at night, comfy bed. Netflix for free was a real treat 👍 When you arrive tired from travelling there are lots of other bits that are much appreciated like salt/ pepper/ herbs and spices, milk & water. Will definitely return next year if he has availability. Thanks again 👏

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Aris was wonderfully helpful and accommodating and we shall definitely book here again when we are back in Nicosia 🙏😀
