This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Cosy bedroom with separate lounge and patio area

Peppers, a cosy self contained one bedroom area with separate lounge, shower room and patio area. There is not a fully functional kitchen, but a fridge, kettle and microwave in the pantry cupboard. A welcome basket is provided for the first morning of your stay. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton and Thetford Forest. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

The Acorn

Come and enjoy a peaceful country setting with stunning field views and luxurious comfort. Perfect for walking, relaxing, and taking in the countryside where wildlife is in abundance. Herons, Egrets, and Barn owls are often seen as well as plenty of other wildlife. Privately kept horses are also nearby as well. Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
