Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean and spacious studio. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes and utensils. Conveniently located in the downtown area. The host was very nice and responded right away to text.

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

The place had so many unique features, I can't say enough about it. Our favorite stay in the US! I would adjust my travel dates to stay here again. Everything was high quality, from the linens to the kitchenware, artfully decorated, well appointed, it felt like staying at a friend's house. Very comfy beds, nice flow to the space, we enjoyed the shuffleboard table immensely. Only potential downside is if you can't easily climb stairs.

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

This home is a perfect fit for a family of four or five! Everything was so clean, bright, cheerful, open & inviting. Our family of four loved it because it was private & out in nature, yet only a short drive to downtown Estes Park. The view from every room is absolutely stunning! We sat out on the patio to have coffee in the mornings and it was so peaceful! We had the best of both worlds as far as weather is concerned; arrived (mid April) and enjoyed temperatures in the mid 60's for the 1st few days, then had the pleasure of seeing beautiful snowfall for the last few days! This home & whole experience will live on in our memories for years to come! We will definitely consider checking on the availability of this home on any future visits to the Rockies! Beautiful place in a perfect location. Surrounded by nature with easy access to both town and National Forest. Highly recommend!

Very nice spot, we were only there for 1 night so less than 24 hrs but very cute place, would recommend & stay again.

This condo was one of the best equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It had bars of soap (and liquid soap), lots of shampoo and hangers, soft toilet paper, paper towels, a fresh kitchen sponge, plastic baggies, sturdy pots and pans that really worked for cooking, comfortable bedding. We also loved the fireplace on the 3rd floor balcony. We definitely recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is cosy, comfy and clean; close to downtown and yet far enough away to feel peaceful. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need (olive oil, coffee, shampoos, drinks, snacks etc) which I always REALLY appreciate at a holiday house! Our daughter loves the game room and dog loves the backyard. We’re glad the Easter bunny was able to find us here on vacation, thanks Monte!

we loved our time here! Kristy was so helpful and kind. the house was clean and the kitchen had everything! also close to RMNP!! we love snow shoeing and returning to relax in the hot tub! we cannot wait to return.

It was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary trip. The location was a few minutes from downtown Estes. Even though it’s a condo community it still felt private and was very quiet. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Perfect location. Super walkable. We loved the space and truly had the best weekend. Communication was excellent. Checking in was easy, we loved all of the instructions. Overall a great place to stay!

Mallary’s place is amazing! The check-in is smooth, and the place is quiet, elegant, clean, and all-around beyond level. The stay really gave us the best home in the Rocky Mountain National Park and enabled us to enjoy some beautiful outdoor activities without worries.

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!

The view of the Rockies was perfect! The condo was just as described & very clean. Great place to enter RMNP!!

A great getaway in the beautiful rocky mountains!! Great directions on how to locate the space, we found it without an issue. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home base for Rocky Mountain National Park!
