Loved this little AirBnb! It was cute, well-maintained, and had lots of little labels hidden all over the place to help you navigate the premises. They are very clear about the fact that zoning regulations prevents them from having inside stoveware/microwaves, but they do have a lovely outdoor kitchenette for you to use. It worked great for me personally, there's so many restaurants in town to try out I did not feel the need to cook. Overall, a great space for solo/small groups of visitors!

The house was GREAT!!!! It was very clean and spacious. The king size bed was so comfortable and we loved the pillows. The street that the house is on (Mountain) is beautiful and very quiet. We loved looking out the big windows and watching all the people walking their dogs. The house was so close to Old Town that we walked everywhere. It is even close enough to CSU to walk there too. We will definitely stay at this house again when we go back to FOCO.

Rowan’s place was a perfect fit for us. Loved the decor, the bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice! Loved having the fenced in yard for our dog too! And, the location was great, so close to Old Town.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas at Ravit's rental! The house was decorated for the holidays (both Christmas and Hanukkah), which was such a lovely touch. We loved the location. Being right on the river was very nice, and it was close to both Rocky Mountain NP and downtown Estes Park. Ravit responded quickly to any questions we had. And the check-out process was very reasonable. We especially appreciated that he house smelled faintly of lavender when we arrived. It was very relaxing. Plenty of towels! The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating for the four of us in the living room. And the fireplace was really nice.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was very tastefully done and had everything we needed. Beautiful home and area, would definitely come back!

Matthew's place was incredible. His decor was outstanding. The place was super clean and stocked with everything you could need. Everything about his place was awesome! We highly recommend his place and would book it if we come back to the area.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marianne's home. It was by far the most comfortable Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianne was proactive with getting me any information I needed for my stay and a wonderful host. The home was spotless and well stocked. The fenced yard was a treat for my dog to have and the fireplace was nice to have on while relaxing and watching shows. If I find myself in the area again I would be excited to stay here. Highly recommend!

Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

This property was great-it looks just like the pictures! It’s clean, modern, and comfortable. We were thrilled that the mattress on the king bed was quite firm. The space is open and airy and has lots of natural light. The neighborhood is surrounded by new construction, so everything is very well-kept and modern. We walked several miles every day; the proximity to Old Town Fort Collins made it great, especially with our pup, to walk to local restaurants for dinner. The Cache la Poudre river runs within a couple of blocks, so there’s also easy access to the Poudre River trail system, which will get you anywhere you need to go. We did notice that, for some reason, Ft Collins residents really like loud pipes on their cars, so there was some traffic noise around morning and afternoon rush hour. Other than that, it’s a nice, clean, new neighborhood, and we really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was super easy-the host was proactive and made everything smooth.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

Loved staying at Beth's private studio. It was perfect for working remotely and then heading out for hikes and bike rides. 1 hr away from RMNP was amazing for thr weekends. Great location, Loveland was an easy drive from Fort Collins and Denver. Beth was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

Wow!! Evans place is amazing! My family and I loved everything about it. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park was just a short drive. The condo had plenty of space. The upstairs loft skylight was beautiful. Evan was so quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay there again!!

We were there for a wedding at black canyon inn and it couldn’t be any closer to the venue. Host was communicative, the place was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Can't say enough about this place! Wonderful location right outside of the Rockies, and close to town. One morning we had deer visit us and the next evening, we had elk come right up to the front porch! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our winter vacation... and the hot tub was an amazing bonus!
