Harmony Apartment 1 is located in Agios Sostis and is 300m. from the beach and 5 km from the town of Tinos. The residence can accommodate up to three people or two adults and two children, having a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils) and a private terrace. It also has WiFi, air conditioning, TV, iron, hairdryer, extra bed linen and towels.

Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.
