NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.

Located in the heart of Lansing’s historic Old Town arts district, this cozy loft is walking distance to LCC (5min) and downtown (25min) as well as the beautiful Michigan Capitol Building.
