Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. I am a local and MSU graduate and happy to share more recommendations to help you enjoy your visit. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. Off-street parking is available. A 5 minute walk to The Irish Pub, Harry's Place Bar & Grill, Rock's Party Store, Biggby Coffee and Hela's Kitchen (Mexican)

The ambiance of this furnished studio loft is a blend of modern aesthetics and decor combined with the original elements of the historic 19th century building - exposed brick walls and high industrial ceilings have been preserved. Spacious, open floor plan with natural light, an inviting living area, a contemporary, fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable queen bed. Conveniently located a block from the Capitol, with all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions a Capital City has to offer!

Wagon Wheel Retreat

Enjoy a cozy, very private stay in the garden level apartment of our home, on a 10 acre beautifully wooded, wildlife filled, property. This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and coffee bar, and the tv has streaming for your viewing enjoyment. WIFI and workout area to start your day! The patio area includes an eating area, and hot tub (open all year!), all very private.

This is one of a 4 units house w/ private entrance in the west side. Knotty pine finishes, Quartz countertop, maple tiles in the bathroom, parking in backyard under 24/7 cameras record (1 spot available) or on street parking (unlimited time). Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

This new modern construction offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Our home is a short drive to Michigan State University (MSU) and REO Town. Come explore restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions near by. Easy access to MSU (5 min via expressway ) and the Lansing Capital Airport makes this space the best place in town to stay.

Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
