We loved this property!! We appreciated being able to bring our pups with us and enjoy the scenery!! We absolutely loved the hot tub and to be able to enjoy the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend this property.

This was my second time staying here in five years. Everything was great and as advertised. For a remote cabin, it was everything we were expecting. Some areas needed dusting, but I'm 6'7", so I could easily see areas that probably go overlooked. There was a cool cave within walking distance of the house that was advertised in their welcome binder. It took a little bit to find, adding a map or GPS coordinates would have made the hunt easier. But it was a cool experience once we found the cave entrance.

Booked this cozy and peaceful cabin as a solo getaway/retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. This place delivered and then some! Very clean and already had pretty much everything you can think of. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell the hosts take care of their cabin and want everyone to have a great experience there. Literally no complaints; highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle View Lodge! Stepping into the cabin felt like being transported back in time. Complementing the old-world style and architecture, it was decorated with antiques and beautiful artwork. However, the modern furniture and amenities gave it a spa-like feel. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The view from the cabin was stunning! We enjoyed coffee on the deck, cards around the fire, and the hot tub under the stars. Sunsets over the river were beautiful. We explored a couple of nearby towns: Viroqua, Prairie Du Chien, and Lansing. During our drives we saw tons of wildlife: so many deer, turkeys, eagles, and hawks. We recommend Eagle View Lodge and hope to return. Thank you, David!

This cabin was the perfect retreat to relax and get away from the hustle of daily life. Kari was very responsive and friendly! Cabin and the views are absolutely stunning- we would absolutely book with them again.

Our stay at Mee Mees Cabin was lovely! The cabin is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything we could need! It was a perfectly relaxing weekend! The host was quick to respond and the location felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need time to disconnect from reality!

Cute cabin and beautiful view, close to hiking! Extra bonus of doggy treats in the freezer. Super quiet and secluded. Wonderful firepit outside with computable chairs. Beds cozy. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook. Bathroom very clean! We shared the kitchen with a lot of lady bugs but it’s that time of year so we understood. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The cabin is in a beautiful location and the huge front space was so great for the dogs. I really appreciated her ease of check in and her prompt response time. She was flexible with us regarding our check out time and that was hugely appreciated . This was our second time at the cabin and will always recommend

We had another wonderful visit, and loved the addition of the gas stove! It’s super cozy and also easy to use. This is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway, the whole house is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. It’s always incredibly clean, and the sauna is a great bonus as well. I can’t wait to visit again!

A magical and peaceful stay outside of Decorah. More than fair to call it a perfect home base for exploring the ever-beautiful 'Driftless' NE corner of Iowa. We felt lucky to arrive while a host was boiling maple sap in the cool of an early spring evening. Perfect distance out of town, and not far from Seed Savers if you plan to visit them as well. We will be back!

The location and cabin are both beautiful! We really enjoyed the view and the cabin overall. Mike was very easy to communicate with so that was nice as well. The beds and floors were quite squeaky and there was a very mild, strange smell around the house that we were told might be from the hard rain we had prior to coming and it's affect on the septic. It wasn't terrible but we did notice it. Otherwise it was great!

Nature's Nest is an extremely peaceful retreat. The cabin is very cozy with wonderful views of the forests and creek just outside. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property but were also close enough to Viroqua to pop into town for groceries and dinner. It was a lovely escape and we'll definitely be back.

Amazing accommodations for a peaceful weekend getaway to relax and rejuvenate. It was centrally located so we could explore LaCrosse and Viroqua, but had just as much fun enjoying the comfortable cabin and beautiful views. Without being cluttered the cabin was thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We were especially surprised to be treated to a dozen farm fresh eggs, maple glazed cinnamon rolls, and a loaf of fresh baked bread. The water from the faucet was delicious. Cashton has a nice little grocery store to find last minute items. We explored Wildcat State Park on the way out of town and would love to come back to do some kayaking on the Kickapoo River.

Staying here was a great experience. Stoddard is a nice little community, situated in a beautiful part of the country, an easy drive to La Crosse. Ryan is a great host, and the house was as described, beautiful, clean, with nice amenities and a great view overlooking the river.

Truly a jem of an Airbnb. From the moment we got there it felt like home. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything you could possibly need. A great place to get away with the family and have the kids get to relax and enjoy nature. The house was loaded with comfortable furniture and blankets. The blanket on the couch in particular was the most comfortable blanket I’ve felt in my life. The house was decorated with art that makes you feel as though the forest outside blends seamlessly with the cozy space inside. The restaurants and recommendations from the guidebook were all fantastic too. Loved the restaurants in town and exploring the area. The host was also super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and the whole process was smooth. We can’t wait to come back. Couldn’t possibly recommend a place more highly. Thanks for having us!

Really cozy cabin on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley! Catching the sunrise as it peeks over the hill off the back porch was a real highlight for me. Short drive to Viroqua, which was really nice. Had a few more Japanese beetles than anticipated. Definitely bothered the ladies more than the guys. Reaching out to Stacey was an absolute pleasure for anything we needed. Plus, there is a wood stove. Really a nice, cozy, somewhat rustic feeling place to stay!

A great way to get away but still be close to the local market, events, food ,etc. it was a beautiful remote spot but felt safe and secure :) we were able to utilize a lot of the dvds which was a fun nostalgic vibe and picked up local coffee from wonderstate and lunch from co-op! Our fav! This is such a beautiful serene getaway:) thank you so much

Great Airbnb. We were a group of 5 women and all enjoyed having our own beds. Kitchen was nicely stocked and living room was comfortable to hang out in!
