I am so thankful for my long-term stay of 5 weeks at Suranshi's place. The communication was always great, fast and friendly. Surnanshi was a very helpful landlord for me as I didn't know the surrounding at all. Provided was a big sleeping room with even a bigger balcony 😲 I felt warmly welcomed here and had an awesome stay- thank you so much, Suranshi!🙏

staying at this condo very much an amazingly beautiful place to relax and enjoy the water, nature and many birds. My only critiques would be to possibly get a new couch and gas fireplace; also if you’re tall, most of the furnishings were fairly low height. We would stay there again for sure.

What a perfect stay for a girls weekend. This home had everything we needed. Felt very safe, great location, super comfortable. Just around the corner from the beach and the cutest ice cream shop. The living room set up was perfect for conversations, the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were very spacious with room for everyone to get ready. The beds were super comfortable. Very relaxing and none of us wanted to leave. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely perfect. we booked the beach house for the long weekend and came with a bunch of groceries. the kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you need and we cooked all our meals on the bbq. we also brought some firewood to make a fire on the beach and cooked some steaks. the views are amazing and the space is super cozy, comfortable, and clean. It was also very quiet and we didn't see much people on the beach or have to deal with crowds.

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of space, great kitchen, and wonderful breezes. You can see the tides on the bay. Beautiful! The host was so supportive the whole time and especially when we forgot to pack one cupboard of our food. She had it ready for a relative to pick up for us after we left.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The river views were absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

lovely little cottage, felt right at home and had all we needed. one of the perks was that since we were unfamiliar with the area we often had a question about sight seeing or travel and Greg was always very responsive and willing to answer our request for suggestions. it's really nice to be right on the water and the kids enjoyed walking out in low tides!

beachfront was awesome! Sunset on day of arrival was spectacular. Having the2 bedrooms we used for the kids separated made bedtime easier. Loved the outside deck. Watching the waves fill the mote of the sand castle and then collapse the walls was fun.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Linda and Don’s Beach House. Great location and a beautiful home. We appreciated the comfortable furnishings and the many amenities provided. There are lots of activities plus wildlife to see. We are looking forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks to Linda and Don we had a memorable stay! Linda and Tom

We had a fantastic four days in Birch Bay - such a beautiful spot, some nice local restaurants within walking distance and the perfect size for our family of four. My boys loved the pool (we always seemed to be the only ones there!) and the grounds were nice and quiet. Very helpful and responsive hosts too!

Birch Bay is great, there home is excellent.

Steph was by the far the best host I’ve had using this service. Life has been very unstable trying to find places in this hell-hole of a city so it was pure bliss to have some sense of stability for the 3 nights. Her and her cat (my partner and I forget the name but called him “grandpa”) are beautifully natured beings who will make you feel as if you’re a roommate. She gave us recommendations on some restaurants and they did not disappoint—would stay at her place in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself. Thank you Steph!!

Kelli's place and hosting exceeded expectations. She was communicative, friendly, got clear instructions and quick responses to us, and checked in during our week stay to make sure we had what we needed. The place was super clean, warm, with several places to cozy up with our grandkids who came over for a visit; parking, entry, getting settled was easy. We could stare at the bay from the living room or the covered patio; going for beach walks was as easy as crossing the street. The comfortable bed and spacious closet suited us perfectly for our 7 night stay. It had all the kitchen accessories we needed for the week. An example of Kelli's superhosting: when we arrived, we noticed one lightbulb out in the bathroom, hardly an issue. I messaged her so she could fix it (even if she did so after we left, again, it was not a bother) - within an hour the bulb was replaced. We have stayed several places when visiting our kids in Blaine and none of them suited us as well as Kelli's place.

Neil was very accomodating to us as our plans changed several times due to unanticipared surgery. always very responsive and generally concerned about my hwalth.

Loved this condo with a nice partial ocean view! Quiet place and walking distance to a couple restaurants, and a pathway along the ocean shore. Beautiful sunsets this weekend. Clean place with beach decor. Happy to have some pantry items(sugar/spices/salt/pepper/olive oil) available since we didn’t bring any. Overall well stocked kitchen. Had a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. The upstairs loft bedroom have windows without blinds so bring a sleep mask if you will want to sleep in. We slept fine and wake up early anyways. But the windows are nice in the daytime to add light to the condo. I hope to spend more time here next time and enjoy all the amenities! Excellent responses to questions! Loved this gem!!

My eight-year old son and I had a lovely stay! We enjoyed the hot tub, a nice movie by the fire, many rounds of ping pong and the great selection of board games and toys. The tree house was a big hit.
