After a strenuous 5 day hike Gwynns place was perfect to relax and unwind. Beautiful and very comfortable. Next time I’m in town, I’ll know where to stay!

Die Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. The perfect escape! This secluded mountain cabin was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by nature and breathtaking mountain views. We loved the hot tub under the stars and the beautiful nearby hikes. The hosts were wonderful—thoughtful and respectful. A lovely little getaway we can’t wait to return to!

What a lovely and comfortable home. Perfect location, right next to the nature reserve. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the tree house and running around in the garden. Easy walk into town. The house has everything you need and the view is just amazing. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

This place is truly breathtaking—a lovely home tucked in a MAGNIFICENT mountain setting with beautifully maintained gardens. You’ll constantly be reaching for your camera! The tame peacocks were such a treat, as was Donut, the resident cat. Lots to keep kids and adults entertained. The house is cozy and inviting, with a great fireplace that warms the entire space with ease. It’s very private and off the beaten track but close enough to pop into town for supplies. Definitely worth a visit to Ou Meul, or a 35 min drive to beautiful Montagu and McGregor. Andre and Carin were fantastic hosts—responsive and helpful. Highly recommend treating yourself to a stay at this incredible spot!

If you are looking for the most amazing views and a break away from reality, this place is perfect. The views are amazing. The people are really friendly and helpfull. We had breakfast which was great. It is a real find. There are limited KolKol's available so be sure to book that prior to arriving if you want to use it. There is one with an amazing view which I will highly reccomend! One thing to note is that the KolKol is not included in the price which wasn't stated on the AirBnb booking. Can not recommend this place high enough! Do yourself a favour and visit it!

Great house for a family get together. Large patio with outdoor bbq/braai. Lovely pool. Lots of space to spread out.
