Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.

A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

Our place is close to Clitheroe Town Centre, The River Ribble, The Trough of Bowland and Clitheroe Castle. You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.
