Teresa was in constant contact via text and promptly answered any questions we had! We felt very comfortable in her home! She also has a notebook with local information and instructions for various household electronics!

This was a very quiet and peaceful space. You have your own room and bathroom down a long hall from the front door. Your hosts go up the flight of stairs to their home from the same front door. I felt very safe and comfortable with this arrangement. The small, well stocked kitchen space was complete with a sink, mini frig and coffee maker. Parking was not a problem and the hosts were responsive. Honestly, this was a perfect place to stay!

After a small issue with the instructions to enter and getting a hold of the host, the rest of the stay was wonderful and the host was communicative. This was the cleanest and one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area and we more than likely will use it again if available next time!

Had a great stay. Ed was very helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to visit. Perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Lancaster. Great restaurants nearby. Right across the street from our favorite. The Belvedere. Thank you Ed.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. It was very close to all the attractions we came to do. The house was in a nice quiet community. It was so nice to sit out back in the evenings after a busy day. The house was very clean and was decorated very nice. There was plenty of brochures for food options close by and even found one for an antique place that I hadn’t yet had on my list. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Fantastic stay at Laura’s home! Great location if you’re visiting Franklin & Marshall and in general, a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown Lancaster. Laura is friendly and makes you feel at ease staying in her home.

We chose Rosey's because it could accommodate my sister's family and mine - eight people - for my mom's memorial service. It was perfect! Exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the sleeping arrangements were as we saw in the pictures and worked just fine. There was plenty of room in the living room dining room and kitchen to gather, have meals and talk. And the parking was easy - on the street right in front of the house. Chris and Melody's attention to details was evident everywhere and especially in the hand written note and bag of Wilbur Buds which greeted us on the dining room table. Thank you!! We highly recommend if for no other reason than to see the goats!

This place exceeded my expectations. When I say this place has everything, it has everything you need and more. It was decorated beautifully and the area was so unique. I stood here since I was getting married across the street and it was so convenient and was spacious enough to allow me to get ready. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Stacy's place in Lancaster, PA. We came down for two nights with another couple to see a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre. The location was perfect we were able to walk to dinner, coffee shops and the market. She provided everything we needed and it was a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's AirBnB. It was a in great location and just what we needed for our week long's stay visiting family. We will definitely come back!

Awesome location with respect to neighborhood restaurants and downtown. Our group walked everywhere we needed to go. Charming neighborhood and lots of fun hanging on the front porch talking to neighbors and passersby.

Felt right at home here! The house was clean, relaxing and had everything you needed. Perfect for a family, beautiful backyard view and fun yard for the kids! Overall was very nice and we’d love to come back

Suzi and Luci’s place was exactly what I was looking for, peaceful! I spent most of my time outdoors in the patio if not away exploring the town. I went to a Sights and Sound performance and the location from the area was extremely close. They are extremely pet friendly and had a lot of the things you may need. From pet towels to coffee creamer as well as a kettle for tea. The one thing I felt awkward with was getting my key to the upstairs unit from the downstairs entry way but other than that it was a lovely stay! They were highly responsive and quick to help with anything I may have needed. I highly recommend their beautiful home if you are looking for a peaceful time. The backyard was what sold me. Absolutely beautiful!

We enjoyed a special girls weekend at Shonna’s. Before we even booked our stay, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay 100%. We relaxed by the gas fireplace and the 3 teens had their own private area in the basement with an extra bed Shonna set up for them. The master bed is super comfortable, water pressure excellent. This home is spotless and well organized. We were close to many tourist areas but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. We never saw or heard the neighbors. Check in was easy and directions well communicated. Super helpful community binder had suggestions for local attractions! Check out was also easy. Shonna was a superb hostess and we will gladly stay again if in the area!

Loved this space. We spent our time our time at Kates for my sons wedding pet friendly beautiful easily accessible. Loved the river trail for running. Area was super quiet...no issues even with the train (did not phase us). Thank you so much for a stress free weekend

Good location for us as we could walk to attractions and restaurants. Finding street parking wasn’t an issue. Place was clean and comfortable but I will note that the interior brick wall on the main floor is slightly crumbling and generates a little dust along the floorboard. Not an issue for us but you may want to consider if you have severe asthma or a crawling baby. Host was thoughtful. She programmed the door entry code to the last 4 digits of my phone. She also informed us that someone would be in the alley at a certain day and time to collect trash, which was very considerate

We were very comfortable in this place. We we arrived on a Friday afternoon I was concerned that street parking near the door might be a little dicey but we always found a spot in the street or around the corner. It was very comfortable. The master bath had these cool lighted mirrors with 3 different color tones and a cool anti-fog feature I had never seen before. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. This is the kind of Airbnb experience that makes me always prefer Airbnb over a hotel.

We had a great stay! The townhouse had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ trip! Kathleen was an excellent host providing lots of recommendations and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Place is extremely well kept & decorated nicely. It was spotless clean. It's convenient to Amish surroundings & the Sight & Sound Theater, which we visited. The small complex of townhouses is in a quiet area just off the main highway. The host always quickly responded to my questions & comments.

A great place close to everything in downtown Lancaster. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Darlen’s place. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was updated and in great condition, and the kitchen was very pleasant to cook in. We appreciated the little touches like the coffee station, the yoga equipment, and the nice bath products. The location is super convenient, and it’s only a few steps down to the Susquehanna river banks, where we enjoyed walking along the path. Finally, Darlen was responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Very nice, well kept home in great proximity to downtown. The house was a good size, and felt homey. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with super easy access to plenty of food, drink, shopping, and attractions. Great host as well, super easy and clear communication. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time visiting Lancaster and staying at Abby’s place! The house was really nice, upgraded, and close to everything in downtown Lancaster.
