Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

This apartment is very comfortable, clean and private. It is attached to the main house by a breezeway but the entrance is on the side so very private. You have access to the entire yard which is beautifully maintained with flowers and many bushes trees and plants. We enjoyed the deck a lot and although the house isn’t on the water you still have a nice view of the water. TV is super host and very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us extra treats that we enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you! And we would definitely love to come back next time we are able to get away.

Martha est une super hôte, amicale et sympathique. Son logement est un havre de paix, c’est un vrai bonheur de s’endormir et de se réveiller avec une telle vue. Je n’y ai séjourner qu’un jour à mon grand regret. Si vous rechercher le paradis, vous l’avez trouvé!

The place was clean and well stocked. I couldn’t think of anything we needed to make our stay better. There was even beach gear outside for our use. Much appreciated!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

We’ve stayed at several of the units in this same complex, Kelly’s was by far the nicest. Can’t beat the view of sunsets on the patio!

The stay was great. Really liked the place. We were there in the area playing at a moose pool tournament. My wife really liked how it was laid out inside. It had everything you needed. It was quiet and peaceful and we will be staying there again. Thanks again for a great experience.

A quiet neighborhood and waterfront. We really enjoyed the fire pit, the wide, open space inside and out and the comfortable beds and couches. The kayaks were a plus, along with the PacMan, air hockey and other games in the garage. We spent lots of time there! The house is close to Kilmarnock with all the big box stores and a hospital. An adorable Main Street also! We enjoyed our stay!

We stay in about 3-4 Owner rented properties a year for the last 14 years and I can honestly say that this home is one of the most beautiful I have stayed in. It had been impeccily renovated and updated. It is beautifully decorated. It feels so clean, spacious and warm. The house is well maintained and appointed. Kelli is extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a relaxing weekend at the river. We had so much privacy and were super happy with the house

it was just right for my family for Easter weekend and local business we had to take care of. we were even able to check out the local eating spots and movie/entertainment park.

Great getaway for a long weekend. Lovely nautical farmhouse decor, clean. Porch is wonderful. Fully fenced back yard made it great for travel with the dogs. The Local (coffee shop) and Social 77 in Irvington were great, so we did not take full advantage of the well appointed kitchen. Loved the large island. Relaxing, lovely stay. Easy to get in and out. Our stay at The Pyle Inn in Irvington was absolutely perfect! We decided to take the family on a last minute getaway within a few hours and were very excited to see Nikki's home available within our search. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—charming, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we could possibly need. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful outdoor space with a jacuzzi, we felt right at home. The location was ideal: quiet and serene, yet just a short walk or drive from town with great local restaurants. We especially loved the mornings spent sipping coffee on the porch and the peaceful evenings in the backyard with or without the kids. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. No wonder why Nikki is a SUPERHOST! We will be back soon!

Great spot, beautiful dock, comfortable beds. We had a great time here with dear family friends. Do note you may need to bring neospresso if you’d like to use the machine. Lovely that kayaks and life jackets were included!
