Amazing place and Sam was absolutely spot on couldn't fault the experience. The surroundings were breath taking and the panoramic sky view at night truly becomes magical with all the lights off you can see the stars right above you while you're in bed. Overall experience is amazing and would highly recommend for a few days away to just meditate and get away from daily stress.

Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

Sad to say that we came back yesterday from what was an amazing, peaceful, lovely birthday weekend away here. It was just what we needed. The Look out is the most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. There is everything that you will need in the kitchen. The bath, wow that is something else. It’s huge!!! The whole cabin is just so aesthetic and beautiful. We never wanted to come home.

Gorgeous, modern, spacious, beautifully furnished lodge for a peaceful break away. Lovely, accessible location. Dog friendly too. We were very lucky to have warm sunshine, so made full use of the outdoor space overlooking the duck pond. Christine is a brilliant, friendly host & has made certainly made the lodge a home from home. Beautiful, kind products supplied too. Thank you Christine, loved our 3 night stay & would love to stay again 😊 Highly recommended!

Booked this as a bit of last minute R & R for my family to end our Easter holidays. From the start Chas was friendly & very helpful providing fabulous food when we arrived. There was open space for our children to play & for us to unwind, the cabin is so cosy & everyone slept so well. The family were on hand to help when we needed, we will most definitely return here!

The Garrison was very clean, well equipped + a few welcome goodies on our arrival. An excellent base with easy access to Arnside, Silverdale and Morecambe. Had a lovely short break with our grandchildren. (One thing to mention is that there's some road noise from the M6 which is close by. It didn't bother us particularly but it may be an issue for any light sleepers).

Wonderful relaxing weekend away, just what was needed! The caravan was super cosy, homely, clean & had everything you could need, along with a lovely view of the lake. Perfection! Thanks again!

Cabin was great, everything we needed was there. Information provided was clear and really helpful we went to a number of things that were recommended by Aggie in her welcome pack and they were all great!!

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

Absolute gem! We’ve been given clear instructions prior to our arrival. As soon as we walked into the cabin we felt home. Peaceful surroundings and very well maintained garden. Comfy beds. Great location to explore Yorkshire Dales especially if you are up for the Three Peak Challenge. Beryl was an absolute star! Short walk/drive to the Co-op if you need any supplies. We already recommended Pinecroft lodges and we will definitely return! Thank you so much for having us!

Loved our time here!. Beautiful lodges in a very peaceful surrounding and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Food was good, could probably do with a bit more choice of drinks in the bar. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning

Absolutely excellent stay, beautiful and simply perfect! The shepherds hut was an excellent escape, exactly as described with a great shower. We can’t wait to come back! Made to feel so welcome and the breakfast was amazing!

We have just returned from our Easter break at this beautiful lodge, the pictures don't do this place justice, it's beautiful, absolutely spotless and has everything you could need and more. We had use of the kayak which was brilliant fun and the surroundings are just stunning. The Host are great people and were quick to answer any questions I asked, they had a hamper waiting for us which was so generous of them. We would definitely return in the future to explore more of the beautiful sights as it's in a perfect location 30 mins from Lake Windermere and about 25 mins from Morecambe Bay. 5 Stars from us. A lovely, sparkling clean lodge in a beautiful, peaceful area. Lodge was well equipped for cooking, and warm with plenty of hot water. Margaret went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

The place was wonderful. I was hesitant to go there in the winter at first, but it was so cozy with a beautiful view, I honestly didn’t feel the need to go out much. The cabin is very well kept, and the actual cabin exceeded my expectations, it felt even spacier than the pictures. The location was very convenient for a relaxing weekend gateway. You get plenty of peace and quite but you still get several dinning and groceries options less than 10 mins by car. The cabin got all the amenities you’d need. Would definitely go back there again!

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely holiday home. Very well appointed, kitchen had everything you could need. Warm, good beds and bedding. Very clean and the added bonus of a hot tub.
