Our group stay at was amazing! The place was very clean, had all necessary utensils and more in the kitchen, and the place looked amazing. Sean was very proactive with making sure our stay was perfect, going to the lengths of getting a snow plow and sander over so that all of our vehicles could make it to the driveway. Furthermore, the cottage had an amazing view and sunrise, where you can see the sunrise either sitting in the warmth of the basement or by the fire & hot tub. The group went over to Mont Ste Marie for a ski-ing day and had an amazing weekend!

We had an amazing stay at the Jackalope Lodge. Shawn is a fantastic host, responds quickly and was friendly and efficient when he met us to show us around. The cottage and the grounds are wonderful. We celebrated the New Years with my extended family, 13 of us! There were comfortable beds for everyone and plenty of cozy space to enjoy. The hot tub and sauna are clean and well kept and great to enjoy in winter. The outdoor space is wonderful - we saw beautiful wildlife in the water and the fire pit area is phenomenal. The kitchen is well equipped - you can cook pretty much anything as well as bbq on the large deck. We highly recommend - you will not be disappointed. :)

This cottage is spectacular! Great location on the lake surrounded by nature, ample space inside and entertaining amenities outside like firepit and hot tub. The neighbours along the road are also kind and welcoming. Our host, Glenn, was hospitable and extremely accommodating and helpful when we got snowed in at the cottage. I look forward to visiting again in Summer.

We just stayed here this past weekend for our bachelor/ bachelorette cabin crew getaway (10 of us total). It was absolutely amazing, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub , pool table and fire pit were a hit for this group. Although we weren’t supplied with a bag of firewood it was still a very nice stay. An animal did unfortunately get into the dumpster before our arrival but nothing a lock can’t fix. We had an amazing stay and we will hopefully be back in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. A lot of memories were made.

Havre de paix, exactement ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre rencontre d'équipe. La cuisine était bien équipée pour cuisiner tous nos repas. L'entrée et l'accès au spa étaient bien déneigés malgré une accumulation de neige marquée quales jours avant notre arrivée.

My partner and I stayed for two nights. We live close just in Ottawa but loved how out of the city we felt. It was quite cold (-20) when we had stayed but it was super cozy inside, especially with the fire place. I had trouble getting into the unit at first as the automatic lock seemed to not be working but John was quick to make sure we followed the alternative route. We loved how modern it was yet right on the water. The large windows are a bonus. I love waking up to a view of the forest and trees. It was even more beautiful the snow blowing. It felt like a winter wonderland. We also loved the hot tub. With it being so cold the hot tub felt really good to relax in for a bit. We loved our stay and will defiantly be booking for summertime to experience it in the summer!

This was our second time staying at Maurice's, and we had another incredible time! It is an absolute ideal winter getaway - you can enjoy the snow and sauna and hot tub, or cozy up on the great big couch and watch Netflix or cook in the gorgeous kitchen. It is spacious and you feel so at home. Maurice is an incredibly responsive and excellent host, he made sure we had everything we needed.

We just loved Hanna’s place! The cottage was exactly as pictured. The kids loved the standup paddle boards and the grandkids loved swimming in the crystal clear water off the dock - yes - in September! We even caught a fair sized bass - right off the dock. We spent a lot of time kayaking the lovely and serene lake. Thanks Hanna for the great experience and the very thoughtful touches everywhere. You have thought of everything 😀. The screened in porch was magical and we enjoyed eating there. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage on lake Mississipi that was perfect for 4 people and our puppies. Wonderful communication and easy check in and out process. Good distance from Carleton which has access to all you need. cozy stay.

We enjoyed the area very much, the amenities that are offered are well maintain and clean. It is very quiet and that's why we enjoyed it, as we were looking for a relaxing place to go.

The cottage is located on a lovely bay - very close to the lakeside. It is very peaceful- listening to the call of the loons. Thank you very much to our friendly host for a great stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, with condiments, pots and pans, etc - nice barbecue on the deck.

This property was a perfect for a weekend getaway with family. It was conveniently located near the local ski hill with a small grocery store, gas station and LCBO just steps away. The local snow removal service kept our driveway clear during this very snowy weekend. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space for our group of nine, with five kids.

The space was very clean, from the kitchen to the windows, and the beds were very comfortable! Check-in and check-out were very easy and the location is excellent. We went in winter, and it was a delightful weekend. I believe in summer it would be even more fun! I recommend it and hope to return when winter passes! :)

Our family stayed at Dreamnest for a few days during March break and we absolutely loved it there. So peaceful and you feel like your nestled in the woods. We have stayed at multiple Airbnbs but this is the first place that we all agreed that we definitely want to go back!

We had an amazing family vacation at Cedar Moon. Jen and Brad were top notch hosts. Great communication, lots of local recommendations and super friendly. We arrived to find the cottage beautifully decorated with the added touch of fresh flowers and baked goods to complement the scenic and serene location. We spent the week swimming, boating and fishing. A very relaxing stay. We will definitely be returning.

This place is fantastic for swimming, boat, hiking, etc. We had our own boat with us and truly enjoyed the cottage. The place itself is a bit dated and the bathroom etc was a little uncomfortable. The amenities inside the cottage are dated or very well-used already. But the spot is excellent for outdoor activities. Kids did lots of finishing and it was great that we could watch them finishing while inside. Overall I would very much recommend this place if you will spend most of your time outside (which you should; the souranding is amazing).

This is the most dedicated homeowner I have ever encountered since using Airbnb, thinking beyond your expectations. Everything is very satisfactory. Great location with beautiful scenery, comfortable and clean rooms, detailed instruction, and the dock, SUP and canoe. We got a delightful weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming wood cottage with our family & friends —including a kid, an infant, and a pet! The space was cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s not always easy to find places that are both family- and pet-friendly, so this was a real gem. The surroundings were serene, and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of board games for kids, strong wifi everywhere in the chalet, well equipped kitchen, etc. Joy was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host—she made sure we felt welcome and taken care of from start to finish. We had some great time at Agnes's cottage. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, doing some BBQs on the large deck, hanging out near the fire pit and taking amazing pictures of the stunning fall colors!

Lovely, spacious cottage with a great view of Otter Lake! The lake was really warm too and nice for swimming. Grant was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Would definitely come back!
